Review: I love ice cream, and in this book, it has directions with and without an ice cream maker. I also saw flavors that I had not heard of before. I may buy it soon.

Title: Ice cream! What's not to love?
Review: I find it amusing that a book on making ice cream is called a cookbook, but I found there is indeed some cooking involved. Who knew? I didn't. This book is filled with a multitude of recipes for ice cream, gelato, and sherbets, with explanations of the differences between them. I'm delighted to find that I don't need an ice cream maker; there are instructions for making these desserts with or without. I'd recommend this book to anyone who wants to try flavors you just can't find in a store, especially now with the shortages due to Covid. I'm getting hungry just writing this review!

The recipes are easy to follow. Lots of information is included such as the differences between ice cream, gelato. sherbet, and frozen yogurt. This information is not known by most people and will surprise them. People who acquire this book will be able to obtain two free cookbooks with 171 pages of recipes within seconds.
