Review: I really appreciate the easiness to assemble this product. I added the roller and push-up handles to my daily habits, and I'm already seeing changes! Review: I normally work out in the gym but when I workout from home I love to use these. The ab roller is great to use for your core, its very sturdy and easy to use. The jump rope is great just be careful and don't hit your legs with the rope. The push up handles are one of my favorites, the padding is nice and soft so you don't hurt your hands. The bung cords are great for body weight. Over all I love these products and would buy again.

Title: Quarantine home made gym!
Review: Quarantine homemade gym, I have bought this set since everything closed and there is no way to exercise other than running and cycling. I do not feel safe going to the pull up bars and staff in parks since the bacteria can stay on metal for over 3 days. This set is what you need. A nice set of dumbbells and you are good. Push up support is are tilted which gives you a better corner lift to work out your chest. Ab wheel is actually a bit thicker than expected, but it does seem to be durable enough to support my 200-pound fluffy body. Resistance bands are so thoughtful! The strongest one is the impossible to pull. But I am working on it. I cannot imagine working out on my abs(at least where they support to be) without a knee mat, man my knees were hiring without it. I have not tried the jumping rope since I live in the apartment building and in the studio, but would defiantly take it with me for a morning jog. Overall I am satisfied with this set, this is a great main addition to a home must-have for fit body work out. If they would of add a cool off towel would be great!

Review: I bought this primarily for the wheel which is great. However the other bits that came with it are also good. The skipping rope is really good, so mostly I use the skipping rope and wheel but as time goes on I expect to make use of some of the other parts.
