Title: Total waste of time
Review: Got this product today and opened it with much anticipation but soon followed with disappointment and disgust for marketing this product. It connected with my wifi but would not proceed. Selections are few and not self explanatory, no TV channels. Would not let one open YouTube unless one must sign in which I despise.Based on other reviewers comments, did not bother to contact seller, just applied for return.

Title: Decent product (once working] defective parts & poor after sales service
Review: Item has loads of channels & easy enough to setup till u reach the section where it asks you for a username and password. Not mentioned anywhere this will happen nor what to do when it does.And good luck getting a response from sellerAlso the hdmi cable received with the box was defective - cannot connect using it. I had to purchase a new one then it worked fine. But again zero response when I sent a message highlighting this.
