Title: Not sure if it really works...
Review: I like the idea that there's a patch to boost my immunity. I found the patch to stick quite well even when you're in a humid area. Tried this out when I was traveling to southeast Asia and was sweating profusely. This patch managed to stay put, when placed in a less active area on your body.

Title: Not very sticky, left itchy rash
Review: I have used other vitamin patches in the past l, and have always raved about them. These ones gave me an itchy rash! Also the adhesive on these are not as sticky as other brands I have used. Will be going back to the other brand I used to purchase, even though they were more expensive, I didnât get an itchy rash, and they also stick on way better.

Title: Easy way to get your vitamins & supplements
Review: Do these work? It's hard to tell, since I'm not able to scientifically determine whether each patch actually contains the products & the quantity that they state. However, that also can hold true for any tablets/pills one would take. Overall, I found these easy to use, which should render it more effective considering I often forget to take my vitamins and supplements. I found it much easier to grab one of these patches, put it on my arm, and forget about it for 6 to 8 hours. On a side note, the box says "multiple patches can be worn at the same time" however the instructions state "do not apply more than two patches at the same time." I only used one patch each day. I'm on my fourth day, and so far no adverse reactions to the patch sites (from this "highly-allergic-to-just-about-everything" person). I alternated arms each day. Initially when I applied the patch, my arm felt a little itchy in that area on the first 2 days. I haven't noticed that sensation the last 2 days. I think it's the same feeling as having a band-aid on your skin that makes you want to itch that area. Overall, I'll continue to use these and will more then likely purchase more when these are done. Too bad all vitamins and supplements can't be done this way. These would be great for someone who has a hard time swallowing pills or for pills that cause stomach irritation.

Title: Convenient, stays on well
Review: I often take elderberry supplements if I start to feel like I'm coming down with something. It seems to give my immunity the boost it needs to fight illness. I was very happy to discover that I could get the benefit of not only elderberry but also several other immunity boosters in patch form! (This is great for anyone who hates taking things orally) The Veru Wellness Immune Plus Patch is a good combination of natural immunity boosters. I used a patch and found it to adhere to my skin very well. It didn't come off as I worked. I even took a shower to see how it would fare if it got wet. It was still securely stuck to my arm. I removed it the following day. Though firmly attached it didn't pull hair or skin and came off cleanly. I suppose I have no way of knowing if it truly delivers the helpful ingredients to my body, but I choose to believe that it does. I will now keep these patches in my collection of wellness products.****About me: Integrity is very important to me. Reviews I've posted will be from items I've had direct contact with. These are my honest opinions. I will not post a review for a product I have not had personal contact with.

Title: Helps me feel better about cold season
Review: I like to patch up with these especially with the weather turning chilly. I like that you can stick these on and then just forget about them, this supplement patch help give me a peace of mind. As always, do your own research and/or ask your dr before starting any supplement

Title: Lots more ingredients than listed, Easy on and off
Review: These have a similar texture to fabric bandages. They adhere easily to the skin and peel off easily as well. If you have baby hairs, youâll feel the pull a little, but not terribly painful. As of writing this, the description doesnât mention a bunch of other ingredients that are in the patches. Kind of bothers me that they donât clearly show whatâs in the patch and more details, especially because they all seem to be good for immunity. Including it here: vitamin C (3mg), Vitamin D3 (1,000 mcg), zinc (15mg), quercetin (3mg), elderberry (15mg), turmeric (10mg), echinacea (5mg) and ginger (8mg). Youâre supposed to keep these on up to 8 hours. Iâm not sure what happens after 8 hours. Is it dangerous or is it just to prevent skin irritation? Makes me paranoid to remember to take this off. Wish there was more education on these patches. Otherwise, itâs a great alternative to an oral route, assuming itâs absorbed as well (or maybe better?). You donât have to worry about taking with food or it getting flushed out of system quickly. Itâs the first time Iâve used a vitamin patch and so far no reaction or adverse effects.
