Title: Nice mattress
Review: This mattress has a simple and elegant design. It is made of high-quality materials. The surface fabric is soft and comfortable, with an excellent skin-friendly feeling. When lying on it, I can feel the full support of the mattress. Whether lying flat or lying on the side, it can fit the body curve very well, so that all parts of the body can be fully relaxed. The mattress is also exceptionally quiet—there's no noise when turning over at night, ensuring undisturbed sleep for everyone in the household. All in all, I am delighted with this purchase and highly recommend it to other friends in need!

Title: soft & price
Review: After a week of using this mattress, I can confidently say it’s perfect for my needs. It’s incredibly soft, making it very comfortable. The vacuum packing made it easy to handle and set up. Plus, the price is fantastic—much more affordable than my previous Beautyrest mattress, which cost twice as much. Great quality at a great price!

Title: Horrible Quality Control
Review: The first time I ordered a Novilla 10 Inch King Mattress, I received a very defective unit. I have owned over a dozen memory foam mattresses, so I could tell right away that this one was defective. Still, I waited the full 72 hours to give it time to take its shape. Unfortunately, it did not. It was warped at all four corners, one half of the mattress was an inch shorter than the rest, the top was rippled oddly on one side, and the thickest portion of this "10 inch" mattress only got to about 8.5 inches. Side note: this was during the heat of summer in Florida.Reached out to customer service. They tried to make me return it. I said there's no way to stick this mattress back into a tiny box, and I commented that it seemed unusual they would spend so much money shipping a defective product back to them. They said it's okay, a driver would come pick up the mattress at no cost to me, and they had me complete a return form. Then I received a message that return delivery services for mattresses were not available in my area. So I reached out to customer service again and they said it's okay, I could dispose of the mattress and a replacement was on its way. No charge.I waited two weeks. The replacement finally arrived! I opened it up only to realize it was the wrong size. It was clearly a Queen mattress - and this one was also defective!! I had to repeat the entire scenario I detailed above, but instead asked for a refund as I was tired of the entire ordeal.Used the refund to order a different mattress entirely. I'm not sure what's going on with Novilla's quality control, but there is clearly an issue there.

Title: What I expected, but wrong size
Review: The mattress itself was great and came how it was described. Unfortunately though I purchased a king size and was sent a full size, and yes that’s the mattress on a king size bed frame. The box and everything was labeled as king size and so I didn’t know it was the wrong size until it was fully inflated. Would recommend this mattress stronger if I was sent the correct size and haven’t been given the run around by Amazon just to get my money back and return the item.

Title: Comfortable mattress
Review: I like this mattress because it’s firm enough to support my back. It’s really easy to unpack! I slept really well with this new mattress, and very satisfied with this purchase! It’s definitely worth the money, I believe that quality sleep ensures good productivity so would recommend to friend and family!

Title: It's an Amazon foam mattress
Review: Mattress came stained and only rose to 11 inches after 5 days of letting it expand. So just save yourself the extra $30 and buy the 10 inch if that bothers you.Comfortability wise, it's an Amazon foam mattress. So to each their own. I have a butg so sure that's pressing into it but it doesn't feel like my spine is out of alignment with itself.I used to sell tempurPedic mattresses and regardless of the mattress you get, it will take a week or two to adjust from your previous. I'll try to update my review then.Also, there isn't an odd smell thankfully.Update*** 10/6This mattress is insufferably hot. Says it's cooling but couldn't be further from the truth. Not to mention it sinks in the middle where my body tends to lay, making it insanely uncomfortable to turn to either side.**Get a different mattress**
