Title: House smells incredible
Review: Seems well built. I drilled a small hole in my HVAC. Slid the tube in and now the house smells incredible. It was easy to set up. I set my house HVAC fan to always on. I programmed the scent diffuser to spray for 10 seconds and then off for 300 seconds. This seems to be perfect for my 2500 sgft home. App was simple to use. Diffuser is very quiet.

Review: I opted to try this machine first after reading reviews instead of the expensive brand you see on TikTok…figuring I would eventually splurge for the “viral” one everyone talks about. Let me tell you…I installed this machine and it’s been pure heaven. Everyone that comes to my home comments on the wonderful smell, and they can’t believe it when I tell them it’s hooked to my home AC unit. It is so easy to use and easily customizable using the app; I can easily turn it on and off whenever I want (if we are going on vacation or going to be gone for the weekend). It’s very quiet and easy to install and refill. I can’t imagine any other machine outperforming this one. If you’re on the fence, trust me-buy it! You will be so glad you did.

Review: I've had it for about a week, and it was very easy to set up. I also like how easy it is to program. I can easily control the length of the scent, as well as the amount of time between each puff, and quickly go from having a very light scent throughout the room, to a more intense one.

Title: HVAC connection TOTALLY impractical
Review: Not sure what genius designed the unit that when you want to install it with the included hose and fitting for HVAC connection, you have to unscrew it from the top every time just to remove the bottle to refill. Not so easy when your hose is attached to you duct work. It is so stupid and completely impractical for HVAC use.

Review: Bought this diffuser after seeing the reviews on how you could set it up through your HVAC system. I did just that, the setup is pretty straight forward if your porting it through your hvac and to actually run the systemIs quite simple through the app. I have approximately a 2400sqft house with four dogs and this has made my home smell like never before.

Title: Powerful Unit and Outstanding Customer Service
Review: I cant say enough about how good their customer service is, they helped me select the best unit for my home, we went back and forth several time with me giving them the layout of my home and where I could place it. My AC is in the attic so I needed one that would work as a stand alone. They always responded in less than 24 hours and were very helpful. I am very happy with the unit and am in love with how lovely my house smells. This one is very powerful and would cover a house much larger than mine. The connection to the app was a huge plus for me, as I have the unit set up higher so if I want to change settings or turn off for vacation I can just turn it on or off.If you email them within two weeks of purchasing they will extend your warranty to two years.I feel very confident in my purchase after my experience with their excellent customer service.
