Ergonomically Designed: Potato ricer stainless steel is faster than mashing with a handheld one where you have to use your arms and wrist for minutes on end. The extended handle length of 11.5 inches / 29 cm is designed for ease of use. This potato press will change your life in the kitchen, no more need to spend too much effort and time on rice creamy mashed potatoes.
Sturdiness And Durable: The ricer for mashed potatoes is made of solid food-grade stainless steel, heavy duty like it needs to be. The metal sheet that holds the metal plate is a weak link, but we did a good job of it.
Diverse Functions: In addition to making mashed potatoes, this ricer kitchen tool is also suitable for mashing cooked apples and vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, yams, tomatoes, etc. Most gnocchi recipes will also call for this mashed potatoes masher, making your gnocchi turned out very light, fluffy, and delicious!
Easy To Use: Straight forward to use, no issues at all. Steam some whole russet potatoes in an instant pot of about 16 minutes, pull them out and let them dry off for a minute or so, skin them, and ricer them straight! This works pretty well for rice potatoes, you will get no lumps and very creamy mashed potatoes.
Easy To Clean: Cleanup is basically just rinsing the potatoes masher off with hot water. If you need to get it very clean, you can pull the hinge pin out and clean each piece separately. Dishwasher are also a safe choice.

Title: Potato Ricer
Review: This is a sturdy product! Works great for making smooth mashed potatoes. Easy to clean in the dishwasher but I suggest rinsing it really well after use to get all the stuff off. Product as described. Arrived in a timely manner.

Title: Love it
Review: This is my new favorite kitchen tool. All my kids love helping when using it. Lol. It's easy to clean. It's rather big so you'll need a good section of the drawer to store it but it makes some creamy mashed potatoes,

Title: takes a good deal of muscle to use...
Review: I purchased this and the routine masher at the same time so I had options. This worked better to make sure the potatoes did not have lumps but it took a lot of work and pressure. A lot of pressure for sure to squeeze this thing. The build quality appears solid. I'm thinking that maybe I will use my food processor the next time.

Title: Amazing.
Review: Changed my mashed potatoes game! Lol I love this thing! So easy to use. Cleaning is easy but does make more time than a masher of course cause of all the holes and hinging places but honnestly worth it. I threw out my masher after I used this.

Title: Meh. Spuds squeeze out the hinge. Rust spot.
Review: Full disclosure...my first time using a ricer to make mashed potatoes, so maybe more experience with it would improve my results.1. Only used and washed this ricer twice, but it already has a small rust spot, surprising for stainless steel.2. The description says that the ricer will separate skins from unpeeled cooked potatoes. It does indeed leave the skins behind; however, squeezing the handles together makes a good deal of unriced potato mush ooze out from where the two halves of the ricer are hinged together. (Maybe that's how they all work.) No huge deal, but I wanted all the potatoes to be riced, not a mix of riced and pureed, since the mashed potato snobs out there swear that ricing beats mashing. (Yeah, they were good, but not as good as mashed for my taste. Lumpy with skins is my thing, so what do i know?)Maybe it doesn't squish out spuds at the hinge if they're peeled, but I'll probably never knowðIf I hadn't used it twice, I'd return it.
