Review: If you are VEGAN, this book isn't for you. If you truly want all ingredients to be raw, this book is certainly not for you. There's a recipe for raw ground beef (Beef Tartare, and many of the recipes use cooked or pasteurized ingredients such as oil, capers, and condiments. But my strongest complaint is the layout of the book. Instead of having sections of recipes that make sense, such as "Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Soups, Salads, Desserts, etc., the whole book has just been laid out with recipes in alphabetical order of title of recipe! So you have no way to look up recipes for a certain category as they are all mixed up, in a mumble jumble fashion with no organization. (Example: "Spinach-Honeydew Cooler" is followed by "Sticky Sesame Bars." I'm not impressed with this book, and it won't be useful for my purposes.
