Title: Great Routines
Review: This book is quick and easy read to gather all your health info needed to get your body moving. Great for those who are new to getting in shape, great for those who are very busy trying to get their 30 minutes in and great for those looking for low impact workouts. Looking forward to the burn!

Title: Not a cardio workout book
Review: Be warned this book does not give you cardio work outs. It's a book about using a treadmill and bike. Nothing more. I was disappointed.

Title: No visual aids
Review: This was just not for me nor what I was looking for in a "workout" book. This book is really good for someone who is able to read and comprehend how to do an exercise by words instead of a visual illustration. I am in no way trying to put down this book, it is just that I personally can not read and apply it to my workout routine properly. I need visual aids to assist me.
