Title: So much easier....
Review: To make/store/manage sourdough starter. Lid fits snugly, glass is easy to clean and I like the little rubber band (I know, I could use any rubber band but it came with it so...). The "bonnet " works well to keep things out of it and let it breathe while one the counter. It's not expensive and makes my life easier. A win.

The glass container is sleek and durable, and the various lids provide the perfect environment for my starter to rise. The temperature strip is a great addition to ensure that my starter is at the right temperature. The band to measure the rise of the dough has been a game-changer for me, as it takes the guesswork out of the process (especially for a beginner like me). Title: Nice set for beginners
Review: If you ever wanted to try making Sourdough bread, this is a nice set to get. It’s small enough that it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space and it easy to clean. The wooden lid has a seal around it, which makes it easy to store your mature starter in the refrigerator.

Title: Useful products
Review: I liked this and all the parts of this order are so good in making sourdough breads. However, the glass came in broken and there was no offer to replace it. They did give a refund and told me to keep the remainder of the items, but I would have liked a replacement of the glass. This seemed strange to me.

Title: I've been loving it!
Review: I had tried to use just a jar I had around the house for my sourdough starter but this is worth the money! Good quality, nice and big, the scraper works well, and both the regular lid and the cloth lid fit well and are easy to use. To be honest I didn't put the temperature sticker on because I am not THAT into sourdough. Just a beginner.

Review: I have tried so many jars for my sourdough, but this one is big enough. Just right, it washes well, just with hot water and it is ready to use again. Even the spatula that comes with it is of excellent quality. It scraps the sides and cleans the sourdough so you can see how much the sourdough has risen. I am even thinking of buying another one to have two for my sourdough.
