Title: From Pizza Hater to Pizza Lover - A Culinary Transformation!
Review: Confession time: I never liked any kind of pizza. The greasy slices, the messy toppings – it just never clicked for me. That was until I stumbled upon "The Homemade Pizza Cookbook Bible." Consider this book the catalyst for a complete culinary transformation! What sets this cookbook apart is its incredible variety. Even for someone like me, who thought all pizzas were created equal (and equally unappetizing), there was a revelation waiting within these pages. The beauty lies in the diversity of styles, and I found a pizza that resonated with my taste buds in ways I never imagined. The step-by-step guide to crafting the perfect pizza dough was a game-changer for me. I had always assumed making pizza was a laborious process, but the author's approach made it surprisingly simple and, dare I say, enjoyable. It was therapeutic to knead the dough, and the end result was a revelation – a crust so perfect, it converted this pizza skeptic into a bona fide pizza enthusiast. What I appreciate most is the author's commitment to inclusivity. The cookbook doesn't just cater to pizza lovers; it welcomes those who never thought they'd enjoy a slice. The recipe that won me over was not only tailored to my taste but was also incredibly easy to follow. I felt like a pizza maestro in my own kitchen!"The Homemade Pizza Cookbook Bible" is not just a cookbook; it's a guide to personal pizza discovery. For anyone who's ever doubted the magic of this iconic dish, give this book a shot. It might just redefine your relationship with pizza, as it did for me. An excellent recipe and a newfound love for pizza – what more could I ask for? 🍕❤️

Title: Italian cooking at its best
Review: I got this book for the pizza recipes, but my kindle version had pasta recipes in it. So, that was a pleasant surprise. I love pasta more than I love pizza, so for me this works out perfectly. THe book explains the equipment and tools you will need to make fresh pasta. Then there are some different methods to make your own pasta. LEt me tell you when you have fresh pasta you will never go back to premade dried pasta from a box. Then there are 106 pasta recipes. I appreciated that there were not just Italian recipes here but some Asian recipes as well. I have been looking for a recipe for Shanghai noodles everywhere and there is one in this book. so I am very happy about that. I would call this book a very pleasant surprise and I will actually get more use out of it as a pasta book than a pizza book.

Title: For the Pizza Lover!
Review: Who doesn’t love pizza? Silence. I love pizza, and I admit to loving take-out pizza, but after reading this book of over 100 recipes (!) I just had to make my own. I made a wonderful pizza with a little help from family members. You can too after reading this book. The cheesy garlic pizza is so basic but so good. If that’s too simple, go a little more exotic—goat pizza anyone? I would love to have seen a picture of every pizza, but this is still a great book and highly recommended.

Review: Given the great fashion, and hypertrophic production, of cookbooks and recipes of chefs more or less stars in recent years – a phenomenon that has partly been reduced more recently – according to many it would have been better to "cook and eat more" and write less. Well, maybe it was also true but this does not apply to pizza: for too long the most loved food – and eaten – in Italy and beyond, has been taken for granted.Few tried to do it seriously at home, no one – or almost – wanted to ruin the pleasure of an evening of total gastronomic relaxation. For many the speech was: "pizza is a simple thing, no complications"In this book there are types, origins, methods of preparation – pizza has opened the geographical, mental and palatal boundaries, and has ignited the curiosity of many. In short, if you are among those who want to study – not necessarily from a technical point of view – and learn more about the world of pizza, in addition to eating as much as possible, we advise you to read something about it. A book I recommend.
