Our patented Master Meatball Maker products produce trays of 16 perfect round equal size meatballs in 2 minutes and it is also an excellent product for using when making all types of stuffed meatballs. The Chef's Edition product featured here includes 3 stacking storage trays so you can make, stack and store up to 48 meatballs in advance when preparing for larger parties and events or when making batches of meatballs for freezing. The trays stack away neatly when not in use so you don't have any unnecessary clutter in your kitchen space and when they are used in the freezer they can be removed once the meatballs are frozen [ 1 hour approximately ] so that they are ready for using again and not left stuck in the freezer until all your frozen meatballs have been used up.

Title: Makes good meatballs
Review: It's time consuming to clean, so I will only use it if I am making several pounds of meatballs. Overall, it makes a nice evenly sized meatball.

Title: Waste of money and space
Review: Did not work well at all and made a big mess. Just use a spoon and make your meatballs the size of golf balls and you’ll be fine without this product

Title: Not as easy to use as I expected
Review: Make sure your meat is very cold before attempting to use. or you will have a greasy mess and have to work to extract the meatballs from the mold.

Title: Meatball Heaven - Never rollin again
Review: I watched the demonstration video first and noticed how the meat mix was being filled using the fingers to push it down into the tray so I tried this several times just making a couple of meatballs each time until I got the hang of it before I made a full tray. And woyzaa was I delighted with the results. This is a really cool product but needs a little practice to get it perfect BUT its so worth it if you love your meatballs !!!!!

Title: It's only ok.
Review: For starters, this does not make 1oz meatballs. Closer to 1.5. Not ideal but it works. The actual process is very difficult. Maybe it would work better with room temp meat? But with fridge cold it was suuuuper difficult to squeeze the mold. I felt like I needed a mechanical press to get them to even form. And the meatballs stuck inside the mold no matter what I did.The concept of storage is neat, but you only get the bottom trays, not the storage lids? I ended up storing them in bags in the fridge on their trays until I baked them. Which worked, but was kinda meh. Why give me 3 bases and only sort of 1 lid? (The given lid didn't seem to have a good seal when I tried it).I think once I got the hang of it, it was less messy and slightly faster than hand rolling them. So I'll probably use it again, but try warming up the meat before hand to see if that was the issue.I do like that I can wash it in the dishwasher, and i think it'd make stuffed meatballs easier. We'll see if it lasts.
