Review: Great effect. I had to hang from the ceiling as they are a little long, nice dark blue color. The swirls are like a royal blue metallic shiny color and catch the light well. Great for party. Looks like the photos posted.

Title: Couldn't figure out who some of the presidents were.
Review: Yall, we used these at Washington DC themed party and they didn't have names of who the presidents were so we made it a game. We numbered them and then told everyone to guess who they were from the picture and whoever had the most right got a prize. However, there was one president that nobody could figure out who it was😂 we all had guesses but we didn't know definitely who he was. So I wish they had a name line up somewhere in the description. But great game!
