Make the perfect cup for one with the Grind & Brew Single-Serve Brewer by Cuisinart®. Designed to brew the most flavorful coffee with ease and convenience, this compact coffeemaker grinds whole beans to the ideal consistency for optimal flavor using a conical burr grinder, then feeds them into the HomeBarista ® reusable filter cup to be brewed. The HomeBarista ® can also be filled with pre-ground coffee or you can use your favorite single-use coffee pod. With three ways to brew and three size options, crafting the perfect cup is easy, fast, and extra enjoyable!
Note: 1)Too coarse a grind, too little coffee, or insufficiently tamping the grounds before brewing can all lead to inadequate pressure for a proper brew. 2)It is important to note that the amount of espresso extracted will vary depending on the grind size and amount and reprogramming may be needed when the size and amount are adjusted.Filter type:Reusable
SINGLE-SERVE: Enjoy three serving sizes with push button control – 8-ounces, 10-ounces or 12 ounces – compatible with any brand of single cup pod including Keurig K-Cup pods with an optional reusable filter cup so you can use your own coffee through our HomeBarista Cuisinart features
SUPERIOR FUNCTIONALITY: Our single-serve brewer has a 48-ounce removable water reservoir that complements its charcoal water filter and removable drip tray for travel mugs
GRIND YOUR BEANS: Our conical burr mill automatically grinds whole beans directly into the HomeBarista Reusable Filter Cup which is conveniently located in the storage compartment on the left side of the unit – The hopper holds 100-grams of beans and sealed lid keeps beans fresh
SIMPLIFY YOUR MORNING: Fill your tank with ease featuring our easy-view water window and brew a single serving with freshly ground beans or use your favorite pod

Title: I LOVE this coffee maker so much!!!!
Review: No, I do not work for Cuisinart. I got this coffee maker after hesitating because it said that the item gets returned often. So I almost didn't get it. But I did because Cuisinart makes good quality equipment. Man, I love it. It works so well!!! I am not easily impressed by coffee machines, either. This is so easy to use and so fast! Such good coffee! So flexible, too. I don't use the pods, but you can use those, too. No issues, have had it for a week. I made 90 weight by using my Cuisinart grinder on fine and stuffed it into the pod. No problems, just great coffee.I take coffee seriously. I buy it usually 100 pounds at a time green and roast. So when I say it's a good coffee maker, you know it's a good coffee maker.

Title: Best coffee maker I've had - but not perfect
Review: Pros:Very versatile. I like that it can take whole bean coffee, ground coffee, and k-cups. Produces good coffee when used correctly. I drink more coffee than ever before. The grinder dispenses almost the perfect amount (I usually add another 1-2 seconds of grinding to top it off).Cons:It is difficult to remove the used grounds from the reusable filter. Sometimes I use it, but I also buy K-Carafe sized individual paper filters. That way, you can simply remove and dispose of the filter. These work pretty well, but it overflows a tiny bit. It doesn't cause a mess, it just drips out the side of the bottom funnel, into the cup. Also, sometimes the machine makes a little bit of noise, even when turned off. If it bothers you, you have to unplug it.Neutral:Coffee from the reusable filter tastes a little different than coffee from paper filters and k-cups. If you don't like it, you can buy k-carafe sized paper filters to use instead. If you want to use pre-ground coffee, you have to be fairly exact about the amount. Just a bit too little and you'll have a weak cup. A bit too much, and it will overflow a bit. You want to get it just so that you can barely see the top outline of the mesh filter. If you buy individual paper filters, it's not as sensitive.

Title: Love it but, FIXED
Review: I love this , I use the grinder function all the time with Eight O'Clock Coffee beans, reminds me of the A&P stores when I was small ( the aroma of fresh ground coffee). It does seem to grind a little too much, so I always have a slight amount of spillage, but I can live with that. Glad I bought it.UPDATE: I just tried using a k-cup (starbucks) and it does not seem to work. I am putting the K-cup inside the grey barista cup(where you would put the ground coffee holder), water leaks out and the coffee is very weak.UPDATE:Researching I realized I had removed the part needed to do k-cups, I just found it (thankfully I did not throw it away) and tried it with a Starbucks Pike Peak K-cup. The coffee was weak at 12oz(what I use for the grind coffee), I will fall back to 8oz and see if that makes it better.

Title: Very Convenient and best Kcup type coffee I've had
Review: I purchased the white machine and really like the look of it on my counter. That was a factor in my decision. I've had 3 or 4 Keurigs and was finally fed up. I'm the only coffee drinker in my home so no need for a carafe or coffee pot. I love the being able to use my own beans and grind them right there. I would never expect a coffee grinder to be quiet, I run it early in the AM and it doesn't disturb anyone in my home. I've had it a little over a year and its been reliable and makes good coffee, better than I've had at home. As far as any mess goes, tap the machine, jiggle the kcup and no grounds spill out. Easy fix.

Title: Disappointing
Review: I have previously owned the Cuisinart Fully Automatic Burr Grind and Brew coffee pot and decided to buy this since that product has been worked flawlessly since 2012. I wanted something that I could just make a single cup of coffee but still wanted to use the beans I buy. I gave this multiple tries over the course of a week but there are many issues. The reservoir for the beans is probably 70% taken up by the grinder motor and filling it up is messy since the motor casing is bouncing beans out of the reservoir. The grinder overfills the pod so you have extra grinds all over the place. I have to start and stop it manually as itâs too messy. The coffee is too weak for me. I canât tellIf itâs the grind, as it is a larger grind than I would expect. I like my coffee pots burr grinder cause it has a dial to change the size of the grind. I bought a tamper to pack it in but it wasnât as strong as a decaf nespresso pod or a Major Dickinsonâs kcup from Peetâs. I think if the grind was finer, it would be better.Probably going to return and look for something else.

Title: Freshest coffee I've ever had, at home!
Review: The Cuisinart Single Serve Bean to Cup Coffee Maker is fantastic. You first put a few spoons of your favorite coffee beans into the grinder. I also pop a small paper filter into the reusable filter container (less mess and extra filtered). Hit the grind button and it fills up your filter container in about 10 seconds. Pop that out, close it's lid, put that container into the coffee maker on right and close the lid. Then hit your water preference, I use the 8 ounce button which seems to dispense more than that. Done. Add your creamer or whatever you like and you are set to go. It takes about 2 or 2:30 min total. It's so great using whole beans, grinding it and putting it directly into the machine. You also have the option to fill the reusable filter container with ground coffee, or you can use K-Cups. However, I'm sticking to whole beans and grinding them right here in my kitchen from now on. The Machine is also compact, looks nice and is easy to use and easy to clean. You won't be disappointed.
