Title: Nice and easy transition
Review: I had my computer man set it up. It is so much faster and I love the bigger screen. So far, everything seems to work fine although I haven't figured out to activate the touch screen. Not even a helpful hints guide with the product. I guess that is normal these days, answer the question with a google search. I'm showing my age. Delivery was prompt and well communicated.

Title: Make sure you read all the papers that come with it
Review: The computer itself is great so far and getting it online was easy the only hard part was figuring out the dongle usb thing is inside the mouse. There's a user's guide but only animations. Once you find that and put batteries in mouse (the dingle is next to the battery) it's so far been great now I've only had it set up for a little more than a week so

Title: New Family Computer
Review: We all use it in a central location. Kid plays games and I do all the mom stuff. Dad watches football and sports online. I love the compact nature of it, and it is quite easy to move around if I need the space for something else. No complaints so far. I will update if there comes an issue.

Title: Acer C27 1700 Review
Review: My prior all-in-one desktop computer was ten to twelve years old and was very slow with frequent buffering. This new desktop commuter is fast and efficient. The picture is beautiful, with no obvious pixelation. The sound is fine. There is NO touchscreen. Setup was easy after I finally found my PIN number for my router. I am very, very happy with this purchase and the price for this product was reasonable.

Title: Quality has gone into the toilet
Review: I needed a new desktop and was weighing between this Acer and a Lenovo. The Lenovo had the disk drive I wanted, but I went with the Acer because I've had such good luck with them in the past. What a mistake! The day before the free return expired the mouse stopped working. I tried using the form on the Acer website, but it refused to recognize the serial numbers on the back of the computer. There are only two numbers, I tried each one three times and neither was recognized. This isn't rocket science. So, I found an email address, sent them a message. 72 hours later they responded, asking for those numbers. By this time my new mouse had arrived, and I was able to double check that all drivers were up to date. They were. The new mouse worked four hours and then it also stopped working. I let the computer sit for 3 days, working on my backup computer, turned this one back on, and it worked. For 10 days. Now it won't go online. At all. I'm going to have to do my best to get as much work as possible off of the computer onto an external hard drive and then return the thing to factory settings. And then I'll put it back in the box and donate it to charity. I can't stand it anymore. Don't make my mistake. Try a different brand.
