Review: At first this didn’t look like it would work on my deep vents, but then it did and now I love it so I bought a second one for my mother. It comes with intuitive instructions for installation, and shows you how to mount the hook onto the AC vent. What is not so intuitive is the phone release button hidden on the back of the top of the phone holder, but once you know that it is there it becomes second-nature to use. The stability is good once properly secured. Performance of the ball and pivot point is easy to adjust and will serve your visibility well. Once it is secure, there is no flopping around, and the phone will hold in place at the exact angle you need it to. This is important for safety, which is my biggest concern when I am using GPS on my 5.8in tall, depth 0.28in, and 2.8 inch wide iPhone 12 Pro. It also is confirmed to hold my mother’s iPhone 14 with her thick phone case attached (see pics in her 2018 Honda CR-V). In conclusion, this car mount phone holder is safe and fulfills its purpose well. It has everything you need for the job at a reasonable price and makes it easy for me to recommend. The only question left is the test of time, but from the looks of it I can see that it is solid enough to pass that test.

Review: I brought this for my 2013 Tacoma as it’s the 2nd generation- didn’t fit well for my liking. The steering wheel blocks part of the view. So I tried it on the Camry. Works great. Very strong, steady and worth the money.

Review: The way the holder hooks to the back of the vent blade is straight forward when installing. Once installed the holder is secure. One thing I appreciated was that when it’s installed, the holder itself stands away from the face of the vent by an inch or so. It provides an air space for the phone. My experience with my last cell phone holder was that the mount design put the back of the phone almost flush with the vent surface. Hot air still leaks out of closed vents and my phone would occasionally overheat and shut down. It’s nice to not worry about the overheating anymore. Great design.

Title: A high quality mount
Review: It’s solid built. I did research, but wasn’t sure how great this clamp would be. I’ve tried others and they’ve failed.This clamps tight and you control how tight with a knob. It also sits far enough away from the vent that air flow isn’t hindered by the mount.It easily releases your phone and holds your phone tightly, even over speed bumps and potholes. It also is very easy to move around when clamping your phone to get the best view of your phone.I highly recommend this mount and would recommend to my friends and family.

Title: Best Device Ever even in 104 degree heat
Review: This has worked like a charm from day one. My phone has never dropped out of it.We live in San Antonio TX and this thing has allowed us to use our phone navigation even in 104 degree heat waves in the hottest part of the day. My previous magnet phone holder on the dash never allowed me to do that, my phone was always overheating, but this thing connected to the air vent works so well. I was so surprised that it worked. I was not expecting it to work in the heat, but it does! Grateful for the quality of this!
