Title: Go-To Soup Book!
Review: I use this book all the time! My whole winter was covered with soups from this book. Excellent selection and variety of meals. The soups are all easy to make and most don't take too long. Really enjoyed this book!

Review: This is one of the best cookbooks I have ever bought. Lots of great, easy recipes and tons of great pictures. Many cookbooks only have a few recipes you are interested in making, but this one is chock full of great recipes! Can't wait to get cooking.

Review: Love this!! Was not expecting such a qood quality book on Soup...all 900 recipes. I have a large library of cookbooks and I am a foodie. This book gives you something for everyone...even chilies. You can always add your own twist. I always add lemon zest at the end to brighten any soup. The recipes are easy and Easy to Read! So tired of getting a new book and it's a font #2...on gray scale. All the chapters are broken down by the main ingredient. I already have vegtable and bean soups marked off. I also bought this as used and it arrived in new condition. I will be ordering this one as gifts for any of my soup lover friends. Buy this!!

Title: Love this cookbook
Review: I wanted a cookbook with a large variety of soup recipes, but wanted recipes that were accessible for everyday home cooking. Many of the soup cookbooks I was finding were great, but had labor intensive recipes and/or recipes that required a million ingredients. This is the best soup cookbook I could find for a normal home cook. The quantity of recipes is impressive too! The chili section alone could be its own cookbook.

Review: In my area, we can get -40 below zero weather easily in the dead of winter. And for that, there’s nothing so perfect as a hot bowl of soup or stew. Which is exactly why I had to buy this book, and I am so glad that I did. It’s filled with a few old favourites and new recipes that I am sure are going to become new favourites. One thing I love with these is that there’s also plenty of room to add your own twist. If you’re like me, you’ll also see that many of these soups you could easily turn into a saucy casserole by making soup recipes into an even thicker sauce, adding noodles or rice and then baking. I highly recommend this book!
