Title: Relatively decent. Scant instructions. Try different mounting sequence. See review.
Review: For something so minimal it's pretty good. But sadly the instructions are lacking and leave a lot up to intuition. The mounting steps on the purely illustrated instructions leave out something very important:While the mount does swivel, when swiveling it has certain "detent" points that the holder wants to gravitate to. It doesn't say that. So if the baseplate is oriented a bit "off" the phone will not stay rotated to the preferred angle. Its a bit of a mystery when one opens the package to see the a baseplate with adhesive and the actual mount with adhesive too. I just went with it intuitively, and applied/mounted in the indicated sequence. However when I was done mounting the "detent" of the holder was a few degrees away from where I wanted the phone to point. The adhesive is so strong that I don't think it can be removed and reinstalled. So I'm stuck with the phone not in the preferred orientation.I would suggest changing the mounting sequence to mounting the actual holder to the baseplate first. Then apply the magnetic mount to the baseplate. THEN mount it to the windshield and dash, having made sure that the holder is at one of the detent points so the phone points right at you. Curiously, it comes with a template that left me scratching my head as to how to use it. I think the template is pretty useless. You have to make sure that the arm of the holder will sit flush where you're mounting it and the dash or other elements will not block it from moving.Otherwise, I think it's a decent holder when mounted properly. The elevation is stiff as it should be to accommodate the weight of the phone. Again, it has a nice swivel function IF you have the baseplate positioned and oriented properly.

Review: I wanted something low profile so it could sit near where I wanted it... out of the way of controls and the sun direct heat. This fit perfect! I love that I can easily tilt or rotate the base, I do wish the part connecting to phone could also rotate at least left to right, but it's still great. The magnet didn't seem to work thru my case when I tested it so I stuck it to the outside, doesn't look bad at all and is very strong. This thing barely wiggled while driving. Very happy with product so far.

Review: Has stuck well to the lower part of the dash and the MagSafe is working well, it’s not fallen off yet and we all know how bad and bumpy our roads are(especially in rural Devon and Cornwall)! When my phone is in its case on the holder it does not budge, out of the case it rotates slightly probably because of the slippery glass back on the phone(iPhone 12pro max). All in all, I’d definitely recommend especially for the price compared to similar alternatives.

Review: Die Halterung hält super. Sie sieht nicht nur wertig aus, sondern fühlt sich auch so an. Auch die Magnetkraft der Halterung ist sehr stark.Der Klebering für das Handy hat auch eine starke Magnetkraft, allerdings hat der Kleber keine 2 Stunden gehalten. Ich habe es sowohl direkt auf dem Smartphone als auch auf der Hülle ausprobiert und bei beiden Malen hat sich der Kleber gelöst, sodass das Handy jedes Mal heruntergefallen ist. Zum einen erfüllt es somit nicht seinen Zweck und durch die Sturzgefahr, kann das Handy auch schnell mal Schaden annehmen. Daher leider nur 2 Sterne, obwohl mir die Halterung echt gut gefällt._________________________Nachtrag:Nachdem ich mich an den Kundenservice gewandt habe, wurde mir sehr zügig geantwortet und geholfen. Obwohl ich nur um die Zusendung eines neuen Kleberings gebeten habe, wurde mir das komplette Set erneut geschickt. Bisher scheint der Klebering gut zu halten. Aufgrund des tollen Services und besseren Kleberings ändere ich meine Bewertung von 2 Sternen auf 5 Sterne. Sehr empfehlenswert.
