Review: I purchased this book, with hesitation, but so pleased I did. So many great recipes, which are not too complex, and all with great photos. Title: Really really yummy
Review: This is a book full of delicious and easy eating recipes that can all be made vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore. Beans are so cheap and nutritious, but I've gone through stacks of cookbooks without finding many recipes that are actually appealing without being ridiculously complicated (and therefore expensive). This book is what I've been looking for. Looking forward to many more yummy meals and grocery savings.

Review: The cookbook appealed to me because of the easy to read recipes and the wonderful pictures. I wanted to incorporate more meatless meals into my diet and I have already found several recipes that I want to try out.
