Title: If I could choose one piece of cookware to use for everything, this is it.
Review: I was tired of my cheap nonstick pans mangling my sunny-side up eggs and needing to float them in too much oil or butter to make them not stick, so I decided to splurge on a nice pan. This one wasn't actually that more expensive.First of all, you have to attach the handle to the pan since it's disassembled for shipping, and THEY INCLUDED A FULL SIZED MAGNETIC SCREWDRIVER in the package just for this purpose. Not a one-use mini wrench, a Phillips screwdriver that's going into my toolbox. Easy assembly, a screw and a pressure ring attaches the handle.I got the 10" pan and it's the perfect size. It's heavy without being awkward, the handle is sturdy (It's a resin, but looks like wood) the glass lid has a vent and also vents through the side pour spout which is handy if you're making gravy or a sauce. The sides are high enough that you could deep fry flat or small items like funnel cake or dumplings or French fries, or pan-fry a couple pieces of bone-in chicken with the lid on since there is extra clearance. You could actually boil pasta in this thing. I'm actually going to try popping popcorn in it next chance I get.This thing passes the fried egg test: After I cleaned it the first time, I heated the pan and cracked one egg into the dry pan, no butter or oil. After the bottom set enough, the egg slid across the pan and and cooked perfectly with the lid on - crispy bottom, top set, yolk just glazed over but still liquid for toast dipping. In fact, I was able to slide the cooked egg out of the pan with no other utensil when it was done, and since there's no oil the pan is barely dirty - ready to go again after a wipe with a towel. I've taken all the other random pans off my stove and this is what I'm using going forward.

Title: Affordable and pretty durable if you're careful
Review: I want to first say that this pan is pretty good quality for the price and a great size for just about anything. I like that I can boil some pasta in it, fry bacon and eggs, or even bake with it. The lid is very good quality and easy to clean as is the pan itself. I have used this almost on a daily basis for 6 months and the finish is just now sort of wearing down, but not bad and I can and will use this for at least another 6 months to a year which is longer use than most other pans I have bought recently. I do use cast iron and nothing will beat that for use and wear, but sometimes you just want to fry some eggs and sausages quickly and easily with minimal cleaning. I plan on buying this band again.

Title: Non stick, light. Has a lid
Review: I purchased this frying pan primarily for making a bread in frying pan on a stove. I was looking for a specific size diameter, depth and glass lid.Now this pan is my primary pan for frying eggs, for pancakes, for deep fry fish . I looked at the rating 4.7. Thousand of people said it it 4.7. I will give it 5 stars today because it is non stick and light in weight. It also has removable handle you screw in. They even included screwdriver ! Overall it is excellent frying pan. I follow instructions . Wash it in hot water with a soft sponge and soap when pan cooled down. I am using wooden utensils as well. I will highly recommend it . If you are looking for a non stick frying pan- go for it.

Title: Great pan!
Review: I was looking for a sturdy non-stick pan for camping/overlanding. This one seemed to fit the bill. It was even nicer in quality than I expected for the price. Everything about it is sturdy and rugged enough for throwing in a camp box and using out on the trail. It has a nice non-stick surface that cooks nicely and is super easy to clean. The only complaint is that I did see some marks in the bottom from the cooking utensils after the third time I used it but it hasn't seemed to cause any issues while cooking or cleaning so far. Overall pretty impressed and happy with this purchase.

Title: Fantastic pan, even if not a 5-star
Review: This has become my favorite pan, and I own All-Clad. It is sturdy, non-stick, and the see-through lid is a big plus. It heats evenly and quickly on my induction stove. The wooden handles on the pan and lid feel so smooth and contoured that they're pleasures to hold. They never get hot or warm. The spouted edges on either side make pouring off liquids easy and mess-free whether you're left or right-handed. So far, the non-stick surface releases food easily and is easy to clean. And the lack of interior rivets means no food caking on them. The size is great (though the bottom surface is about 10", not the full 12 - but this is with most pans.) and the depth greatly reduces the chance of spilling food over the sides.So why not 5 stars? I hate taking away a star for this truly fantastic pan but a helper handle would make a difference. The pan is light enough to use one-handed, but heavy enough that a second handle would be very appreciated. And while the lid is a sturdy, well-fitting one, I fear its metal rim will/could scratch and erode away the pan's ceramic surface around the lip.As with all non-sticks, time will tell whether the coating ages poorly, and I'll try to remember to update this review if that happens, but for now, despite the negatives above, this is a pleasure to cook with and I recommend it highly.

Title: Comfortable to hold
Review: This pan is a winner for me. It’s a good size, handle and pan is comfortable to use. The pan is pretty light weight which I love. Easy to clean and the non stick works well for certain things I like to fry. Before using the pan the instructions say to use a little bit of oil to keep it a little lubricant which works fine for me. By actually doing that it makes the cooking easier. After done you should have the pan completely cool down. Makes it easier to clean. I would recommend this pan.

Title: Best purchase
Review: I have one from about two years ago and it has been one of the best pans I’ve ever bought. I’m always wishing I have 2 so I finally bought another one and was lucky enough to find it on sale.Highly recommend this wonderful pan, it doesn’t scratch, has changed color but that’s normal with usage and the durability is amazing. I’ve never had anything stick to it no matter how well I cook it, even cheese doesn’t stick to it making it a breeze to clean.
