Title: Works super well for jet lag
Review: Convenient, easy to eat, and best of all - it works, and it works fast! I started using these to get over my jet lag, and I was surprised at how quickly it helped me fall asleep. Popped one in my mouth and within a few minutes, my eyes were feeling heavy. Is it a placebo effect? Whatever the case, it's a real miracle worker.

Review: This stuff seems to work faster and more thoroughly than other over the counter sleep aids. I’d give it five stars except sometimes the little “tabs” stick together. I can imagine someone with bigger fingers might find separating them a little challenging.

Title: Works but flavorless and doesn’t melt well
Review: We usually use a sleep strip from another brand id life, but saw these and thought to try them due to cost being a bit less. They do help to get us to sleep, I don’t feel groggy, but they are very bland ( no mint flavor, and taste like a rice paper that half melts on your tongue until you swallow it. 3 stars because it does still do the basic job it’s purchased for but no where near the quality of the id life brand sleep strips.
