Title: The 3100 is an upgrade! Also please read, what an update!
Review: So let me just start by saying the 3050 model on year 3 had a pump failure (or that's what I deduced from my investigation and talking to Westinghouse)I sent in my unit and they immediately sent me out a ePX3100 as a replacement. ITS QUIETER, smoother, better hose for the pressure gun (doesn't link as easily), and its got a lot of power! The nozzle that comes with it is absolutely amazing! Also the power button is huge and fun to press.The nozzle that comes with it, spins water out of a tiny hole, creating a conical shape of powerful water. Its strong enough to remove road paint off your wheel well plastics!The unit is a big upgrade over the 3050, and Westinghouse made me whole and Honoured their warranty to me.My grandpa, who worked for the original Westinghouse for 30+ years, building lightbulbs, would be proud to know the company still cares about it's customers.Quick note to Westinghouse!:The pressurized hose that you screw to machine and to the gun, had already failed on the first day.The rubber o-ring slid into the pressure gun evenly, however when it came out to disassemble and store it safely, I noticed the o-ring was sheared in two places! Very stiff rubber with minimal flexibility.That o-ring leaking, caused the machine to not shut down and I was panicking. Thankfully I had a spare o-rings from the 3050 unit, and I installed a new one.That fixed the issue.To Westinghouse, idk why the o-ring sheared like that, usually the rubber is more forgiving and flexible, may have been a shelf o-ring that just was dehydrated and brittle, but I'm glad that it was something small and fixable. And my machines working amazing.My complaints would be: I had two wait 2 months since the case opened, however I know miscommunication happened, and we worked together on resolve, and you guys delivered. Only note I have for you guys, is to ACTUALLY call the customer back, as after about 5 calls in those 2 months, I never got a single call back. Those updates would have greatly been appreciated and eased me as I waited during those two months.That issue alone, and the waiting, made me want to deduct 2 stars as I'm very impatient and hate begging to be heard. But I also am learning patience, communication and that not everything goes smooth, and sometimes you have to persevere and be positive. And you're dispatch team had nothing but patience and respect towards me!I'd also give access to the dispatch of the customers case info, so they can better update the client and provide assistance.All that being said, I am happy with the end result, thus earning you guys 5 stars and...I LOVE THE NEW UNIT! And thank you for putting customers first and making me whole! I PERSONALLY appreciate you guys.

Title: Only Minor Issues
Review: Works well with plenty of power. Paired it with a Realyou 14 inch surface cleaner and there was plenty of pressure and flow for it to work. The only issues are the manual was not up to date with my newer model (manual dated 4-28-23). I did not have to install the inlet filter and no extra O's included, there is no nozzle cleaning tool included although referenced in the manual and there was an extra part included that is to be located at the bottom of the PowerCord Holder (see images) also not identified in the manual. They only way I figured out where it went was reviewing images of the new newer model ePX3100. It really doesn't matter as the part does not stay in place, an issue often repeated here on the reviews that some of the plastic pieces do not stay connected when inserted into the unit Possible solutions are epoxy them in place or screwing them into the plastic. All in all there is a lot of technology packed into this lightweight unit an a very reasonable price.

Title: Powerful in a small package
Review: My first electric pressure washer (ePX3100) and it did not disappoint. The compact size is great when you don’t have much storage space. I like that they have designed a space for each part. Unfortunately, the plug has the GFCI protection at the end which makes it too bulky to plug into an outside recessed outlet. You will need a short extension cord to plug it in. A better design would be an inline GFCI protection so the plug is more streamline. The wheel design makes it almost impossible to tip over.

Title: Compact easy to use pressure washer
Review: I was looking for a small electric pressure washer for occasional use for odd jobs like washing siding, decks etc. We have limited storage space so I was intrigued my the design of the ePX3100 pressure washer. I used it immediately the next day to wash the house down. The pressure is adequate for my basic needs -similar to other lower priced electric units. However, this one is pretty stable, even on a side hill. The assorted nozzles give pretty good variety of sprays. I got the house done and proceeded to wash my car. It took bugs off pretty well without worrying about paint damage. I used the 25 degree nozzle for that. I still need to get some power wash soap to give the soap function a try but I am optimistic this unit will fit my needs without taking up space. I ordered some quick connects for ease of use but have not yet received them. Unit is easy to carry downstairs for winter storage as well. Good value so far.

Title: Compact. Easy to assemble. Works great.
Review: I am replacing a gas pressure washer, which is gigantic by comparison to this pressure washer. It was simple to put together and easy to use. I appreciate running off electricity instead of dealing with gasoline and spark plugs and impossible to start pull cords. This works just as good as the gas washer when it was in its prime. I will feee up space in my garage with this replacement and that’s a good thing, just ask my wife! 😉

Title: Easy peasy
Review: Box was tiny. I thought this thing was going to be in a million pieces, but it only took about 5 minutes to put together. It was really straightforward. Didn’t even use the directions(not at fault if you put yours together wrong). My father has a pressure washer that boasts 3000psi but I’m pretty sure this thing has about the same pressure if not more. It also doesn’t tip over like every other pressure washer I’ve ever used.

Title: Can’t beat it!
Review: Picked up the 2300 psi model during Prime Day. Great price and even better product. Just what I needed for keeping the cars clean. It’s lightweight, compact in size and more than enough power for my need. Also much quieter than my Stanley that I was replacing. The wheels make it easy to move around. The gun, power cord, nozzles and hose all easily store on the unit. If you’re considering purchasing one, you’ll have no regrets!

Review: You'll need a lawn mower, trimmer, blower, garden hose wheel, shovels and pressure washer as a home owner and things add up taking up space. (And houses nowadays are so small you can barely fit a small car in the garage). This pressure is very small and light, yet pack the punch I was looking for.As my first ever pressure washer, I was buying it to power wash my deck because it's due for staining, and I didn't want to just buy it for that one job but to also wash my cars rims carpets driveway and path. It does them all without any issues. The power cord is very long as well as the pressure hose which you rarely have to move the unit. Even if you do, it is pretty stable and light to pull around. It's so small and light that it's about 2/3 the height of the small green bin and around the same footprint. (I leave it by the wall in the garage which does not interfere with car driving up and parked in the garage. Very happy so far.

Review: Update: Still love this! I just found a similar one like this from Powerplay. I believe they just source their product from the same manufacturer and stick their own logo on it. Thought y’all might want to know.Small yet mighty. Very easy to maneuver because of the four wheels and low center of gravity, and a long hose. I’ve never been so in love with this pressure washer. The only downside is that the tools, or attachments is sometimes hard to remove and put back on, otherwise this product is a solid 10/10.Thing is, companies don’t need to make 20 products that do the same thing. Westinghouse has 4 products total for pressure washers, and that’s perfect!!PS. I’ve recently been obsessed with Auto Detailing, so I got myself a foam cannon to attach to this, and also a short gun. Again, the hose is very long so it’s truly perfect for car washing.

Review: Product is compact and more stable than other more upright models.My one nozzle seems slight misshapen which causes the 15° nozzle to not be all that great. Haven't checked the others yet. Could be a problem for other purchasers, I have a set from an old washer.Over all I am satisfied but could see others having minor issues.
