Title: Dilute it in hot water for a relaxing tea
Review: This was perfect to dissolve in a cup of hot water. The are around 15 packets of the sweet liquid in the package. You could swallow it directly and follow with some drinking water if need be. I found it relaxing and a great way to deliver the vitamins. I'll have another cup before bed.

Title: GAME CHANGER
Review: This works so very well! Iâm the kind of person who doesnât have the hardest time falling asleep although it does take about 20 to 30 minutes. My issue is staying asleep all night and falling back asleep after woken up middle of the night. I donât love drinking things. I much prefer a pill format so I was skeptical to give this a go. The taste is pretty reasonable, not Amazing. It really does taste like blueberries to some extent. The first few nights have been game changing, I even fall asleep Faster! I honestly feel like a new person if I get proper sleep. Canât wait to see How it holds up long-term.

Review: Peri-menopause is the worst...and not sleeping is the worst of the worst!!! I use this liquid delicious-ness to help at night. It's blueberry flavored so I put it in berry flavored decaf hot tea at night ðµ â¤ï¸

Review: I loved how easy this product is to use and especially like that the doses come in individual packages which helps with shelf life.I just woke up after a good nights sleep totaling just under 8 hours which is fantastic for me.Highly recommend
