Title: Not the most comfortable if you're small
Review: I'm not a big person, so for me the bump on the pillow was too tall and wide, and hurt more than it supported. The material overall is nice, keeps its shape well, but I haven't been able to use it for side sleeping as intended.

Review: I have been having upper/middle back pain for a long time. It gets worse when I sleep. I am a side sleeper. Using this wedge as shown in the picture on the Amazon listing has improved my comfort and helped reduce pain at night dramatically. I honestly can’t recommend this enough! I can sleep in multiple positions now and still be comfortable. I take it everywhere!
