Title: High quality song book
Review: I wasn't sure of what to expect since I've never heard of this brand, but I'm so surprised by how well made this is. I love the selection of the songs, enunciation for children who are just learning French, and the singer's volume and tone. It's so lovely that my 3 year old took to it right away. We're trying to learn one song together every week. Even though he can't read yet, he recognizes some letters and likes to try to follow along with the lyrics. He also said that he really likes the "Lulu" character, the cat. I've had so many sound books that stop working and break after a few uses, but this one has been played without any glitch for weeks! I also love that we both get to learn French songs that are in English as well as French nursery songs that we haven't heard.

Title: Darling and wonderful!
Review: This is such a darling book! Each page plays a different song and has both the english and french words side by side. My children ages 4 and 9 have had so much fun playing the different songs. The only downside is most children that the songs appeal to (3-5) are too young to be able to read the words. Regardless, they're wonderful to have there for the adult caregiver. Reading the french equivalents are a little challenging, but I still love that my children are exposed to different languages. The female voice is very pleasant to listen to and the volume is nice. The button are responsive and easy to push and the pages are thick and well made. Lulu is darling. Now I wish we had more books to add to our collection!

Title: Fun singing, a fun way to learn French, (Vol 2). Good sound. Two AAA Batteries are included.
Review: My niece and I are doing these together, and we are having fun singing together and learning a little bit of French. There are online guides, too, which i needed as a beginner. The songs are different lengths. The first one I tried ran for 40-seconds, two verses. The next one ran for more than 60 seconds, more than three verses. Two AAA Batteries are included.

Title: Love This!
Review: This is a nice, sturdy singing song book with six songs, including I'm a Little Teapot and If you're Happy and you Know it. The singer has good pronunciation and the sound is clear. She is accompanied by a single guitar.... So the songs are very soothing. The songs are written on the pages in French and English. The illustrations are cute. The pages are a very stiff thick paper coated in a clear material that should keep the book pages clean.It came with an already charged battery. I simply moved the switch from off to high and pushed the first song button... And it worked. I like that it has a low and high sound setting. This would work as a standalone. You do not need to have the other volumes.

Title: So Great I Ordered the Whole Set!!!
Review: My fiancée and I have our first grand-baby on the way. I ordered volume two of the Lulu Learns French series because my fiancée is an avid Francophile and want's her granddaughter to learn French. The Lulu Learns French series is adorable, using children's songs in both French and English to teach young children both languages while cultivating a love for music. These books appear to be very well constructed and I expect they will last long enough to serve many grandbabies to come. 🙂

Title: A neat idea for learning some French songs!
Review: This is a cute book! The illustrations are colorful and the cats are cute. It is a sturdy board book, so I'm not too worried about my 1 year old playing with it. I LOVE that it has a low volume option. I wish all sound-making books had that, ha! The songs are recognizable tunes, and the lyrics are printed in French and English in the book. The songs play through twice each time you press the button. I don't think these would be that useful for learning French as a language, but they are good to support language learning that is already happening, and they are also good for learning some French-language songs. We are happy with this book!
