Title: Exactly What I Wanted
Review: As someone who bake allot at home, I often let dough fermenting in the refrigerator for a couple of days.These trays fit perfectly in my refrigerator. Even the long side fits the depth of the shelf so it doesn't take too much shelf space and you can still put stuff on the cover because it is sturdy.Easy to clean and store and cost much less than other brands.

Review: Well constructed, quality materials, great size. Seal on top is a gravity seal, not a snap seal, works fine especially when stacked. Lid lays on box. If looking for a snap seal these don’t have one

Title: Very Nice Pizza Dough Trays
Review: Have been using these proofing boxes for a few months now. Very good quality trays and are perfect for pizza dough, just what I was looking for. The dough balls stay nice and soft and do not crust over while covered and in the cooler. Would definitely recommend these to anyone making dough products.

Title: They do what they are supposed to do
Review: I like them. Fair price and they do what they are supposed to do. My only complaint is that the trays are pretty deep making it hard to get the dough balls out once they have had a chance to set. A better solution would be if the actual tray was more shallow and the top also allowed for additional depth allowing room for the dough balls to expand.

Review: Held and proofed 6 balls of dough each ( 2 pack) from refrigeration through to the baking process. Sits level in the refrigerator. Didn't experience any issues with condensation development, while in use. Easy to clean and store. Appreciate the ability to proof a large quantity of dough at once.
