Title: TP-Link is the way to go
Review: I am a total TP-Link fan. I used the following devices to set up a network with our new Starlink internet. I had no network experience. I didn’t know PoE from Point to Point. With TP-Link’s excellent videos, some awesome YouTube folks, and the wonderful help of the TP-Link support line, I was able to build a robust network for our three buildings on a 25 acre rural property. The WiFi extender is super easy, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking to well… extend their internet. The Point to Point and Outdoor Access Point are a bit more work but if you take your time informing yourself with their videos and the YouTube community you can do it! I did. Oh, and did I mention that TP-Link has an awesome, patient, welcoming support line? Title: Improved my 2.4 Ghz coverage for smart home devices
Review: This was my first successful installation of a range extender, and I am glad that I read many detailed reviews before my purchase. It was a big relief to be able to validate that the extender actually works. I paid close attention to the signal strength of each client device, as stated by the *client* device -- not my router.I am thrilled that the TP-Link extender improved my wifi coverage for my smart home devices. My router is in the corner of my basement (in a home office area), and I did not want to move it to a more central location. That meant that I have dead and spotty coverage on the far side of my upstairs living areas. Although it took a while to experiment with the placement of my Blink Sync modules while also moving my new TP-Link extender, I finally got something that works well enough.I have learned that extenders cannot perform miracles, but if you understand what devices are talking to what other devices (and why), a little common sense goes a long way.In my case, it helped to reboot my Blink Sync Modules and the TP-Link extender after I thought everything should have been working, but wasn't.

Title: Works good extended by wifi
Review: I was able to extend my WiFi into the backyard with device. It’s ok and cheaper than upgrading my 12 yr old router at that time. However, I recently upgraded my router and no longer need it. It was not difficult to setup, was even able to schedule it on and off base on when I would be in the yard (hot tube) as you don’t want your phone or table to connect to an extender because it is much slower than your main router’s WiFi.

Title: Nice strong signal where there was none!
Review: Every since Cox changed my router to their upgraded "Panaramic" one, the signal has sucked! I have had to actually turn off the wireless signal on my phone to use it in my house at times and always on my deck. I was trying to find a solution and saw Cox sells booster pods - for $129! Luckily, I came across a Tech site that reviewed them and did not give them a good rating. This device was #1 on the list of devices rated so with the cost being lower, I purchased one. Setup was fairly easy - I had to do it twice but that was my fault. (I entered the wrong passcode to my router). Once paired, I moved it to good location in the center of my house, ground floor (router is on 2nd floor in office) and I am now able to use the wireless signal EVERYWHERE, even on my deck (which is where I'm writing this with a very strong signal!) like I used to! I am totally happy with my purchase! I wish I could remember the Tech site I was on because I'd give it a plug too!

Review: This product was super easy to set up and offers great extended coverage. Set up so easy there's no need for tech support!The connectivity through the app was super easy and fast! Product thus fat seems to be extremely reliable. I'm truly impressed at the power this extender offers! My home is around 3800 sq ft and it's made gaming for my son a breeze now with NO MORE LAG!!!!

Title: Works OK but not a strong signal
Review: Router and Extender are about 50 feet apart with one wall in between and the signal is reduced by 1/2 compared to my router alone at the same distance. I needed this extender because I have a device behind a second wall 50 feet from my router and behind the washer / dryer that cannot get a reliable signal from the router alone. This extender, placed in the hallway just outside of the laundry room does improve the signal enough to at least allow the device to reliably access the network. I also was hoping to connect my outdoor wireless security camera which is located on the outside wall directly behind the extender but it would not connect to the extender at all due to such a poor signal. Yet, the camera connects to the router 50 feet away through 2 walls just fine. So, it may work for you if you have a similar situation as me and just need to get around a single obstacle with minimal signal strength, but, dont expect big things to happen. It has nowhere near the claimed power.

Review: This product is incredible, don’t waste your money on any of the cheaper off-brand ones like I did, you’ll end up buying 3-4 different ones to get non-existent to mediocre results and it’ll cost you more than just buying this one. I have a dead zone where I game and I could hardly get 100 mbps out of my 1000 mbps wifi. With this I can get 160 without any ethernet cable and I have now wired an ethernet cable from my console to this extended and im getting as much as if it was wired directly to my router. I’m also getting fast connection to the extender’s network ALL OVER the house with my phone without issue, it’s covering all of it. This product also comes with an app for your phone and very clear instructions, is easy to use and to reset and you can move it around the house without having to reprogram it whatsoever once it’s connected to your wifi. 10/10.

Review: Es un equipo que compre para sustituir a otro modelo de TP link el RE650. Este equipo tiene la opcion de onemesh, que te permite unificar tu red con diversos extensores y que tus equipos se conecten al mas potente para ellos.Es muy facil instalarlo, en cuestion de 10 minutos ya esta listo y funcionando.Desgraciadamente el onemesh no funciona tan bien y los equipos se conectan indiscriminadamente a cualquiera de los extensores y al router principal. Con esto a veces la conexion se realiza al extensor mas lejano, bajando el rendimiento.Ademas de lo anterior, la potencia de estos equipos es mas baja que el RE650, estando pegado a ellos, no logran sobrepasar 200Mbps de conexion, cuando el RE650 alcanza los 500Mbps en mismas condiciones.Si la veloidad de tu red de internet es menor a 200Mbps, tal vez te funcione sin mermas en velocidad, pero si es superior a eso, jamas lo alcanzaras con este equipo.Ademas es mas caro que el RE650.

Review: Habe eine Fritzbox 7490, die Installation war recht einfach, der TP-Link WiFi 6 Extender harmonierte aber nicht wirklich mit meiner FritzBox. Die erhöhte Reichweite, na ja sagen wir mal unwesentlich. Vergleichbar mit einem WiFi 6 Repeater von AVM, aber es kam nach einigen Tagen immer häufiger zu WLAN Aussetzern. Also Repeater und Extender neu installiert, keine Besserung. Habe dann einen AVM WiFi 6 Repeater installiert, alles läuft gut. Ich denke der TP-Link WiFi 6 Extender ist grundsätzlich ein guter Extender, aber nicht in meiner WLAN-Umgebung. Gerät zurückgesendet.
