Gift Box Set of Vintage Coupe Glasses. Perfect for Serving Champagne or Cocktails, Direct from Rick's Cafe Americain.
In the classic film, "Casablanca," Champagne never seems to stop flowing. The movie's coupe-style Champagne glass has nearly as much screen time as Humphrey Bogart, and its saucer-shape is, like the film itself, a timeless classic.
Identical to the original 1942 movie prop, the re-discovered Champagne Coupe, standing 4 1/2 inches tall, is offered in a Gift Box of 2, along with recipes for Champagne Cocktail and French 75 (Champagne-based drinks served at Rick's Cafe), plus beverage coasters from Rick's Cafe Americain.
The coupes are designed to cocktail-bar standards -- sleek, durable (meaning you can load them in the dishwasher), and holding a volume of 5 1/2-ounces. As time goes by, these will be remembered as the glasses used in the most famous toast ever: "Here's looking at you, kid."

Premium Gift Box Set of 2 vintage-style Champagne Coupes, as seen in the 1942 film 'Casablanca' with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman; As Time Goes By, these glasses will always be remembered for their use in the most famous toast: 'Here's looking at you, kid.'
Gift Box includes 'A Champagne Drinker's Guide to Casablanca' PLUS one dozen beverage coasters from Rick's Cafe in French Morocco
Time-honored saucer-shaped bowl is the standard for Champagne sipping; versatile for serving a variety of cocktails; perfect for movie nights; ideal gift for creating your own love story

Title: Exactly what I was looking for!
Review: I couldn't be happier with these glasses!I ordered 2 sets - 4 glasses all together. I really didn't (and still don't) care about the "Casablanca" aspect of these. I got them because I was looking for a coupe that wasn't too large (it seems most coupes were 7 oz+), and was sturdy and elegant. I got exactly what I was hoping for.Pros:- Heavy. The stem is thick, and the glass feels sturdy. It doesn't feel like it's going to shatter in your hands.- Just the right size. 5.5 oz is exactly what I was looking for. If you're truly using these for drinks that belong in a coupe, that should be more than enough room for liquor/mixer/accoutrement. The first drink that went in mine was a whiskey sour, and it was glorious. Of course if you're simply using these for champagne, it's the perfect size! Champagne flutes are usually 5-6 oz in size, so at 5.5 oz these coupes are the size you need.- Classy. Y'know, they just look expensive. I don't know how else to say it. They really add some style to a well rounded home bar.I don't have any Cons. They really are excellent glasses. They also came quick, and were packaged expertly.I'd definitely recommend these to anyone searching for a good coupe glass for their home bar.

Title: High Quality, Perfect for Traditional Size Cocktails!
Review: These are the perfect sized coupe glasses for many traditional cocktails. Prior to purchase, I contacted History Company, and they advised all of their glassware is made in the USA, Canada, and Europe. These are crystal, thick walls and bottom, of a substantial weight, and perfectly balanced. The clarity is excellent and there are no visible seams. The hand feel is outstanding. And, they are simply gorgeous. The set of Rick's Café Américain coasters were a nice bonus. The glasses arrived very well packaged. They were double boxed, each glass was wrapped in bubble wrap, and surrounded by biodegradable foam peanuts. I have ordered several other sets of glassware from History Company and have been happy with all of them! Highly Recommended!

Title: A super nice gift
Review: Classy packaging, nice white box with pretty writing on it. Everything was perfectly packaged and in perfect condition! If it had a little engraving on the glasses this would be a 5! Would have loved something on the glasses like "here's looking at you, kid" or even "Rick's Cafe Americaine." But overall, a super classy and nice gift. I gave it to a friend for his bday. He's a huge Casa Blanca fan. He loved it!

Title: The perfect gift!!
Review: Bought this box set for my sister, who is a HUGE Humphrey Bogart fan, and she loves it!! My box didn't come with the coasters, but I reached out to History Company, and not only did they get right back to me, but they sent the coasters in less than a week. Highly recommend ordering from this seller.

Title: These are good quality glasses
Review: These are definitely old school coupe glasses. Suitable for champagne in the days before they needed to cram as many flutes on a serving tray as possible. These glass are good quality. The "Casablanca" set also comes with a pack of 10 pressed paper coasters from Rick's Cafe Americain, which is a cute touch. The only drawback is these are period authentic with regard to volume too. They are small, like 6oz give or take small. If you want a huge coupe, look elsewhere, if you want a great glass from yesteryear, this is your glass.
