Title: Company Stands by its Product
Review: A month after my daughter received this for Christmas, it just stopped working. It simply wouldn't turn on. I contacted the company, who asked some brief reasonable questions and for more info...and then promptly shipped out a new pen! Honestly, the pen isn't anything spectacular, but the company is. Having peace of mind that they care that the product works - that counts for so much.

Title: Great 3D Pen - No jamming
Review: So initially I bought my 10 year old daughter a 3Doodler pen and the first one never worked. The second one worked for a day and then got clogged repeatedly until we could no longer use it. It was frustrating. Those little plastic sticks don't last long either. I don't think part of the problem was that it ever really got hot enough, which was probably for child safety, but if it doesn't work then what's the point?? This pen, however, is perfect. It actually works. It is easy to use, it has different speeds and temperature, and I think the end result is sturdier. Yes, it does get hot enough to burn skin, but my daughter is old enough to understand that and not injure herself. The fact that it gets hot means that it feeds through smoothly and does not get clogged. She has so much fun with this pen and the coiled plastic that feeds into it is way more practical then the little sticks that come with the other pens. The price is better on the plastic coils and since it is a long coil, it feeds itself and you can actually finish what you are doing. So far this pen is perfect! Highly recommend.

Title: So far so good.....
Review: I own and operate a few 3D printers as an extensive hobby. For a few years, I've had need to weld prints together and have gotten by using a Dremel with a piece of straight filament and using the friction to weld prints together.Over a year ago, I bought a 3D pen from MYNT3D. Long story short, it was a piece of junk and was one of the few times I've wished I could leave zero stars on a review. I count myself lucky that Amazon refunded my $70 to me.I saw this go on sale on Cyber Monday for $25 and decided the savings was worth the risk. As stated in my review title, the pen is working fine, though I'm still very wary of it.My first 3D pen wouldn't load/unload filament and completely broke within a half hour of attempted use. I'm happy to say I've loaded and unloaded filament with this pen about seven times and it's worked just fine every time. Heck, I even loaded TPU filament for a torture test, and although this pen couldn't cleanly feed the TPU it didn't jam, bind or clog while the TPU filament was loaded. While I only used one of the smelly ABS samples included with the pen for literally a minute before unloading it and tossing the samples in one of my airtight storage boxes, I can say from experience this pen has flowed ABS, PLA and PETG filaments just fine.Moving on to the temperature control, I'm a tad bit torn. My old pen used easily accessible buttons for temperature control, whereas this pen conceals it's temperature control behind a panel, and you need to use both included micro screwdrivers to remove the panel and turn the dial. This literally cannot be done by hand. On the other hand, I'll mostly be running PLA through this pen for welding prints, so I won't fiddle with the temperature setting much, and unlike the cheap flimsy buttons on my first pen, I don't think the temperature dial will break on this pen.Despite my experience in filament handling and loading, this pen has thrown me through some loops in that regard. When I load filament in my 3D printers, I first snip the tip of the filament line at a very sharp angle of about 60 to 75 degrees. This helps the filament to cleanly feed it's way to the printer nozzle. As for temperatures, I generally run PLA at 200 to 240 degrees Celsius.By stark contrast, you cut filament tips completely flat to load it into the pen, and I have the pen set to about 180 degrees Celsius for PLA. Whoever wrote the included manual for this pen clearly expected someone like me to use this pen; the manual warns against trimming filament at an angle as I often do. Again, I've ran ABS, PLA and PETG filament through the pen with no issues.Overall, I'm satisfied with this pen but again, given the bad experience I had with my first pen, I'm wary of this one since my first 3D pen was also from MYNT3D. As time goes on, I'll update this review with my experiences.

Title: perfect for beginner
Review: I bought this for my son who wanted to start creating his own things. The mechanism is pretty simple to understand for a 8 year old, no incidents with the hot parts. the filament are easy to load and unload. if you have to change colors frequently, you end up with a lot of wasted filament, but that is normal. I'm keeping the tip clean all the time and I did not any blockage after months of use.

Title: Very fun to use, able to make some useful things
Review: I really enjoyed using this 3d pen, it was much better than my previous one. However, I lost the cable for it and am unable to find out what kind it is so I can order a new one. It’s very quiet, speedy for small projects, and definitely worth the price tag.

Title: Complicated instructions
Review: I purchased this for my 16 year old and 8 year old for Christmas. The instructions were a little complicated and the temperature got extremely hot, making me nervous they would get burned! It was on the cheaper side so I can’t complain too much. However I highly recommend going for the more expensive ones.

Title: Seems good!
Review: I ordered this online for my nephew who lives a few states away.So unfortunately I have not gotten to see it up close, but he has sent pictures and he absolutely loves it. He is twelve years old and said it was one of the best toys that he got. And I liked it because he was happy it came quickly and yeah, it wasn't majorly expensive

Title: Broken in box
Review: Bought this for my son's birthday and when opened the pen had wires hanging out the back and a lil piece of plastic fell out as well. I tried to snap the end back on but the cord won't stay plugged in. I felt really bad when what he had been wanting the most was broken on his birthday. I didn't notice the back end being off until we took it out then I see the wires hanging. Wouldn't recommend
