Title: Wonderful! Delicious
Review: Vegan ice cream recipes that you can use with your ice cream maker! Wonderful! Delicious! Fun! Easy to make! If you have been looking for a vegan frozen dessert book, this is it. Most of the recipes are maple syrup sweetened, and, as an added bonus, some are sweetened only with dates. There are recipes that will suit many different dietary preferences.

Title: Unbelievably Delicious!!!
Review: I wasn't sure how vegan ice cream would taste but after buying a machine and making my first batch of chocolate ice cream I'm hooked. It was so unbelievably delicious, we couldn't stop eating it! You would never know there was no dairy in it. The only thing I did notice was if you have leftover ice cream that you need to store in your freeze, it gets pretty hard and you'll need to let it defrost for a few before serving. I would say that it's best to eat it when it's just made. Love it!!!

Review: Long time vegan here, new to ice cream. Mixed results with recipes. First, two cups of cashews and a cup of maple syrup and your at $15 already for one quart. Second, half of my efforts came out ROCK HARD, as in ice cube. Need to find a work around for both problems. The recipes that did work, well, they rocked. So like a lot of things in life this needs a bit of work. Overall the recipes are easy to follow and well laid out. Need to add that if eaten right away or soon after making, they would NOT have been rock hard, and quite tasty.

Review: I've tried the sorbet recipes and love them haven't tried the ice cream because I need to go to the health food store to get some of the ingredients. My daughter has celiac dis ease so these recipes are great, no dairy no gluten

Review: Bought this as a birthday present for young neighbor girl who is vegetarian and loves to grow healthy food in garden and occasionally makes ice cream but did not have such a nice recipe book with a wide selection of healthy ice cream flavors. Also bought her beautiful ice cream sundae dishes with long handled spoons.
