Title: Good quality Screen
Review: My only complaint was that I needed to mount it on a wall mount, but it understandably didn’t include screws or spacers. The issue for me was actually that I couldn’t find out what size screws I needed. It would have been nice if this had been in the documentation.

Title: Great Picture!
Review: It's only been a few days, but this tv is great! It's a 2024 version of the same brand in 2018, which didn't have nearly the quality of picture or sound that this one has. We can hear this one all around the room which was a pleasant surprise!All of the Samsung tv's have had terrible remotes, too large and too sleek in design causing it to fall all the time. This remote is so tiny, one can hardly see the symbols and it's soooo easy to lose!! However, it works and we'll learn to be more careful and we are so happy with this Samsung tv, remote and all!! A note: when it was first hooked up, the picture was a little fuzzy and we couldn't read the tv guide on-screen well. When we turned it on the next day, it was perfect and so clear! Maybe it had to go through updates or whatever to match up with Comcast but, it is so good now.

Title: What a great 32 inch television!
Review: Phenomenal picture, latest tech, and typical outstanding Samsung quality! Had some issues initially with fully updating software, but Samsung customer service connected me with the right people who remotely entered the tv and straightened everything out-well worth the money!

Title: Great picture but a bit of a hassle to setup.
Review: I ordered this TV to replace a 55" 4K Roku TV made by another manufacturer and although it is a little smaller the picture and colors are far better than the old 55" TV which died on me suddenly. Even the local over the air stations look bright and clear and appear to be of a higher resolution than they are actually being broadcast by the TV stations which is due to Samsung's phenomenal processor in this TV.I was a little irritated that I had to create a Samsung account in order to complete the setup process and could not receive any of the Samsung channels or add my Prime Video account to the TV until I did.The Home screen and the remote take a little getting used to but I figured out how to maneuver about fairly quickly once it was setup. I was able to attach an Android Box and a Roku Box to the HDMI ports for access to other internet based viewing which was already setup on those devices and that went pretty smoothly but I was unable to connect an older DVD player/recorder to it initially because it did not have HDMI out so I was able to get a converter to adapt the RCA outputs on the DVD Player to HDMI 1080P. The converter works great but I had to define that port as being connected to a PC because it did not have a selection for my unit in the device list which only lists Blue Ray Players and tries to program the Samsung Remote to control the player. I'll also use the same HDMI port to connect a computer to the TV and use the 50" screen as a computer monitor which works great at 4K resolution and allows me to have up to 4 applications open on the screen at once.My previous TV had a headphone jack which allowed be to connect the audio to my stereo's auxiliary inputs. The only audio output supported by the TV is the fiber optic digital audio port so I found a $11 converter which converts the digital audio to analog audio and has both a headphone jack and a pair of RCA jacks to make the necessary connections. With that setup, I disabled the speakers on the TV and just use the stereo remote to control the volume and it works great.The tuner on this TV does not seem to be as sensitive as my previous TV so I am unable to pick up as many local TV station on this TV and I plan to get a TV Antenna Booster to bring in more channels. Once that is in place I'll be a happy camper once again with all the options I am used to and the additional Samsung channels to boot. I have not fully explored the Samsung channels yet but hopefully there will be a few options that I did not already have access to.I did not setup the voice control because I just don't need or use those options and prefer the old art of channel surfing with the remote control.The main advantage of this TV over my previous TV is the superior video quality which I really like. What I do not like is the necessity to purchase and add the two converters and the antenna booster to make it fully functional (for me) but I expect this TV to last several years without failure since Samsung has a good reputation for building quality equipment.The TV is extremely thin which is because of the QLED backlighting and it is fairly lightweight. It was also easy to attach the stands which did not require screws like most of the TVs I have had in the past. The stands just slide into the slots on the back of the TV and they just click into place so they do not fall off when moving the TV.I decided to give this TV 4 stars because the picture is great and although I had to buy a few extras to meet my needs and the total cost of the extras is under $60.

Title: This model is most disappointing
Review: We bought this TV to replace a 10 year old Samsung that was a great TV. This model not so much, it is beyond disappointing. The picture is just average, the sound is below average and the tiny solar powered remote is horrible. This TV will absolutely not turn off, you have to pair the remote before you try to turn it off each time and it normally takes 3 tries to get it to turn off. The instructions state you can turn it off at the bottom right side of the TV screen. Well, that doesn’t work either as the TV turns off then right back on as it does with the remote. We are planning on sending it back!Update: Unfortunately the Service Quick technicians, who were great guys, did not fix our TV (that would not turn off without unplugging it) on August 2, 2024. After they left our house that day TV still would not turn off with the remote or at the TV. A Samsung supervisor (Janie) called me on August 8, 2024, and told me the Service Quick Technicians would be at our house on 8/12/24 for yet another service call. During the conversation Janie said she believed we needed to remove the ROKU box from the TV to get it to turn off. She was correct! As a result, I called Samsung on August 9, 2024, to cancel the service appointment and was asked if I needed anything else. I said "yes can you help me with the ROKU Box Problem". I was then transferred to Technical Support and THANKFULLY spoke to Scarlette, who asked permission to take control of our TV remotely. 10 minutes later, thanks to Scarlette’s efforts, the TV would turn off with the ROKU Box still in use! Thank you Janie and Scarlette!I also need to add that in addition to fixing the ROKU problem Scarlina adjusted the picture settings on our new TV and the picture is now fantastic.**LESSONS LEARNED: Amazon was of no help in this entire two week process, stating we bought The Samsung QN65Q60D 65” TV from a third party vendor and the best Amazon could do for us was to file a claim for us. (We have the Amazon ad for this TV and it states our TV was bought and delivered from the Amazon Store). ** No more major purchases from Amazon.As part of the Amazon purchase for this new TV we bought the 3 year warranty from Asurion. They were no help and specialized in apologizing for all the stress and inconvenience we suffered with this TV not turning off. Asurion finally stated that their warranty was not valid because our TV was defective from the factory, before we took delivery. ** No more warranty purchases from this company.
