Title: Norton Provides Defense For All Devices
Review: I have had many kinds of defense software on my devices whether I bought them or they were provided by my wireless service or the company I bought my laptop from, be it McAfee, Total Defense, or Active Armor and the only one that works well is the one that I bought myself, Norton 360. I have had it in the past but didn't keep the subscription up and went with the security that was provided by my wireless service and I paid for it by being hacked while I was using the McAfee that T Mobile provided. Norton 360 Premium Edition provides me with everything I need for all my devices whether it's my Android phones and tablets my HP PROBOOK or my Acer Chromebook, it protects them all and does it effectively. The premium edition provides every type of protection you need in one swoop. It provides privacy protection that lets you know if and what information brokerages have your information and helps you request removal of it, it provides a secure VPN for unsafe wifi connections, top-of-the-line internet protection in a safe web browser, provides a top of line password, manager, up-to-date top of the line malware protection and identity protection and it does aĺ this for up m to 10 devices whether they are android, windows or chrome os, it protects all and when it went on sale for $39.99 on Amazon for 10 devices you can bet I jumped at the opportunity to get it for all my devices. Right now I have 7 devices connected to it my laptop, my Chromebook 3 cell phones, and 3 tablets and I wouldn't trade it for the world.When I bought my other HP laptop back in November of last year it came with a year of Total Defense included so I thought okay I will install it on all my devices, I ended up disabling it on every one of them because it worked too well, preventing me from even going to my college's official campus page and when I was ar tmobile I had McAfee and I was still hacked and just recently I got active armor through my at&t internet and wireless service and had to disable and Uninstall it on both my phone and my wifi because it was interning with both my wifi and cellular services as well as keeping me from my Norton protection.I recommend this for anyone looking for complete protection for multiple devices.

Title: Compras en LATAM
Review: Para quienes a veces vemos opciones económicas desde LATAM esta licencia da algunos problemas que son solucionables. Primero se debe crear un cuenta nueva que tenga origen EEUU o no reconocerá la clave proporcionada. Una vez ya cargada la clave a la cuenta de Norton se puede descargar e instalar el software en cualquier computadora peroooo... Cuando se quiera activar el producto e iniciar sesión se debe usar un VPN para simular que se lo hace en EEUU o nunca se activara correctamente el antivirus. Una vez hechos estos cambios ya se puede usar sin VPN ni nada el antivirus. A pesar de los problemas que da la activación considero que el costo por las 10 licencias es excelente y es un gran ahorro al menos el primer año.

Review: I am so disappointed. Hacker is being investigated and pulled out of my phoneFor 1 day so I purchased this. Bam, as soon as I began loading Norton hacker was back!!@!!. So , this the what 4th time thisHas happened? Somebody please HELP ME

Title: Not what you pay for
Review: I needed a new anti-virus software package as my old one was being discontinued at the time. Not a fan of Norton in the past, but thought I'd give it a try again as years have passed and maybe they improved it. Reviews were somewhat decent again. Paid for a "complete" premium package, but they kept saying I owed them more money for this subscription and that one. So basically put more money ($100s) in to make sure I had VPN, virus, updater, etc which should have already been included but they kept saying it was a separate add-on. Additionally, they charged for an auto renewal even though i canceled the auto renewal and it has been a bear to try to find someone to reverse the charge or at least stop from happening again.The software also has tons of pop-ups and advertisements no matter how many times I turn it off and lots of duplication issues when web browsing. It slows the machine down and in reality didn't really do anything to clean up. I ended up doing my own manual disk cleanup, defraging, and searches to update drivers and such. It is a fraud software system and customer service is terrible if nearly non-existent. There's never a real human, and the automated options are not specific enough to help. If lucky to get a live one, that person speaks English that is difficult to be understood through a heavy foreign accent. Not very supportive in my opinion to pay for someone across seas who has English marked as a second language, but can't be understood nor understand your conversation or concerns in return because speaking and understanding what the word means are two different things. I would never want to support this company again. Unfortunately, I found my old software revived again for the new year and after purchasing found out it was bought out by Norton. So, I'll be looking for new one again soon. Please put your money into something else and stop supporting companies that don't really support it's clients or takes advantage of them.
