Title: Another Great Find!
Review: So, I'm trying to eat healthy and chose Mediterranean dishes to include in my diet. I decided to make Chicken Shawarma-grilled. I bought this Al Pastor Skewer for Grill because I wanted to be able to slice the meat like in the restaurants. Love, love, love it. It worked perfectly and the chicken was amazing. This thing, wait, first it's affordable, easy to put together, sturdy and surprisingly was easy to clean. I'm so happy with this pruchased.

Title: Makes a nice Al Pastor
Review: This vertical spit works well. I made a nice al pastor with it, twice. The multiple sizes of center rod are helpful because it allows for use in both the oven, grill, or in my case, the charcoal smoker.My advice would be to line it with some foil, makes cleanup a lot easier. Otherwise worked well, the outside was crispy, and the insides were juicy.

Title: A must for making chicken gyros... and more!
Review: Great functional pan at a very reasonable price. I use it weekly for chicken gyro meat prep, but plan to try additional recipes as well. I use it in my gas range with the longest spike by taking out one shelf and putting the other at the very bottom of the oven. The depth of the pan keeps all the juices and drippings inside it and applying a thin layer of oil as instructed before roasting makes cleanup easy. The pan seems likely to last a lifetime with ordinary care and I love the fact that the three different length sharp spikes (with caps) can be stored flat in their bag, making this a space saver as well! Handles are a good size. Of course one must use pot holders when taking them out of a hot oven!

Title: Schwarma & Al Pastor at home
Review: I’ve really enjoyed working some charms, gyro, al pastor, etc into our dinner rotations. I’ve used this on the smoker as well as the regular grill and the meat has come out fantastic. The metal is a thick, quality material and it looks like the ones you’ll see at Mexican or Greek food carts. Great value for the low price. The metal prongs were sharp enough to easily pierce the meat. The finished products always look amazing and impress guests.

Title: What a great vertical spit pan idea!
Review: I didn't know these existed, until I did a search for it. I had found a recipe on Instagram that had me create my own vertical spit stand my halving (sp?) an onion & putting two skewers in it to then stack my chicken thighs on it to place in the oven for cooking. Well, that didn't work well. The homemade spit toppled over in the oven twice, before I had to rig something to make it stand during the cooking process. This failed effort made me search for another solution and this was it. This Al Pastor Skewer / vertical spit is perfect for recipes that call for a vertical spit for the oven. I don't know about a grill, haven't tried that. What I can tell you is stacking seasoned Chicken Shawarma on it worked beautifully & being able to spoon the juices on the meat from the pan was fantastic & added to the flavor. Highly recommend!!
