Title: Great for small arms
Review: The regular cuff starts at 7". My wife is petite and she kept getting error messages. This cuff goes from 5" to 7". It works great for her. I believe it is designed for children.

Title: Fits a small arm.
Review: I am an adult female; this cuff is for small arms and it fits. I purchased a new OMRON with a standard size cuff for my husband. It is easy to unplug one and plug in the other as we share the new OMRON blood pressure machine.

Title: Great Fit on Thin Adult Arm
Review: My 101 year-old mother has an arm that measures 8 inches so her doctor recommended we get a cuff that fits her better and, therefore, results in more accurate blood pressure readings. She also needed a new blood pressure machine. In the Omron line, it is important that you get a machine that is compatible with this smaller cuff. It is much easier to take her blood pressure now that the cuff is appropriately sized.Haven't had a chance yet to take it in and check against the doctor's readings for accuracy.My only complaint is that you cannot buy an Omron machine that comes with a small cuff. (Not that I could find anyway.) You have to buy a machine that comes with a regular cuff and then buy the small cuff separately, which ends up with added unnecessary expense. I'm not knocking stars off for this since this is a review for the cuff only but I think Omron should give customers the option of buying a machine that comes with a small cuff.

Review: We own an older Omron that we purchased at Costco a number of years ago. It's still accurate. I needed a small cuff, though, for my wife who has recently lost weight. This arrived with several adapters to make it compatible with multiple BP monitors. None of the plastic adapters fit, however, the one that came with our existing monitor fit the new cuff perfectly. The tubes were the exact same size. It works great and we're very happy that we bought this adapter. Readings seem accurate though we haven't yet had a chance to check it with the doc. We're very happy that Omron makes this available.

Review: Da unser Sohn (3) auch gerne Blutdruck messen wollte, haben wir ihm eine Manschatte geholt, da es mit der Erwachsenen nicht wirklich klappt. So passt es und wir haben einen Wert, mit dem man auch etwas anfangen kann. Funktioniert super und ist einfach von der Handhabung.

Review: Buena calidad y buen funcionamiento / Bona qualitat i bon funcionamentComplemento perfecto al tensiómetro OMRON M3 (posiblemente compatible con otros). El brazalete se ajusta correctamente al brazo del niño o niña con las molestias típicas cuando aprieta pero el tejido y acabados son muy correctos y se ven de calidad. Hace más de un año y medio que lo compramos y continúa funcionando perfectamente sin ningún tipo de desgaste (tampoco es que le demos un uso intensivo). Cabe dentro de la bolsa de tela que viene con el tensiómetro junto con el brazalete tamaño adulto. Perfecto para que quede todo recogido y ordenado👌 Vistos estos puntos la conclusión es que cumple con su objetivo: recomendableEspero que la reseña te sea útil y te ayude a tomar una decisión informada---Complement perfecte al tensiòmetre OMRON M3 (possiblement compatible amb d'altres). El braçalet s'ajusta correctament al braç de l'infant amb les molèsties típiques quan pressiona, però el teixit i acabats són molt correctes i es veuen de qualitat. Fa més d'un any i mig que el vàrem comprar i continua funcionant perfectament sense cap tipus de desgast (tampoc és que li donem un ús intensiu). Cap dins la bossa de roba que ve amb el tensiòmetre, junt amb el braçalet de mida adulta. Perfecte per tal que tot quedi recollit i endreçat👌 Vistos aquests punts la conclusió és que compleix el seu objectiu: recomanableEspero que la ressenya et sigui útil i t'ajudi a prendre una decisió informada
