Title: Parenting Must Have! Obsessed!
Review: I have a 14 month old and a baby due in a couple of weeks. I have been baby led weaning my toddler since 6 months and haven't introduced processed food yet. However, with her growing and me having to now bring food with us when we go out for snacks and meals, I felt pressure to remain clean but thought I may be going overboard and considering getting regular store bought snacks. This book made me feel like I wasn't an overbearing crazy mom for caring so much about ingredients. No one around me feels the way I feel, I tell me I should just be normal and give my daughter normal stuff and it was starting to get to me. I felt so heard and validated. This book isn't just a recipe book AND meal planning but a guide teaching me how to read labels, and understand what the ingredients are. It is an in-depth guide to ingredients and how they effect our bodies. It was so eye opening. She does not make you feel bad, just provides the information. The recipes are a little old for my 14 month old (she will be able to eat some of them), but I will definitely be making every recipe from this book for us! That is another thing I love about it, it isn't recipes for kid and baby food. It is filled with food and meals for the whole family, which is such an efficient way to feed your kids without making extra meals for everyone. My husband was so excited for the homemade hot pockets for him! This is a great gift for anyone who is leaning away from processed foods for their little one and wanting a whole food balance. I am absolutely obsessed with this and it completely exceeded my expectations. I was expecting some meal plans and recipes. I binge read it in 3 days and keep it in my kitchen! Highly highly recommend!

Title: Valuable information about food and love the recipes
Review: I have both cookbooks. I like the taste and ease of making the meals and deserts. She is knowledgeable about the food industry and how industrialization food is so unhealthy. The kids like the food as well. I recommend both of her cookbooks and her blog.

Title: Iâm obsessed with this book!!!
Review: I just received this yesterday and I have to say I am SO impressed with this book! While I havenât had a chance to make anything from it just yet, I absolutely will! Iâve earmarked dozens of recipes I canât wait to try!Iâve been following Food Babe for a while and I so admire her tenacity, courage and relentless pursuit of uncovering the truth behind the shameful practices Big Food uses to target our kids in this country! Itâs appalling. In my opinion every parent in America needs this book! The book is absolutely brimming with useful information, gorgeous photos and yummy looking recipes that I canât wait to make for my family. The first half is an informative breakdown of the top 10 worst ingredients used in ultra processed foods targeted towards kids. Detailed breakdowns of why those ingredients are harmful, some of the products those ingredients are found in, and alternatives that are healthier options. Plus a whole lot more information about how to feed your kids better options and so much more. The second half of the book is the recipes. From breakfasts, smoothies, kids lunch ideas, snacks, mains and desserts, itâs packed with awesome recipes that donât have lengthy ingredient lists or obscure ingredients you donât likely already have or know about. This is not an endorsed review, I paid for my book with my own money. Iâm a chef and wellness coach, so I already eat and practice a healthy lifestyle but let me tell you, even chefs like me struggle to get their kids to eat as healthy as I do! I honestly do not buy many cookbooks as most of the time thereâs only a few recipes I really want to try. This book is different. As parents, our kids are constantly inundated with terribly unhealthy, processed garbage at school, at Birthday parties, events, etc etc. Itâs time to take back our power and fight with our wallets and forks against these behemoth Big Food companies and say No More!!Food Babe Family will arm you with the tools and know how to do just that!

Title: Easy and Healthy
Review: This is now my go-to cookbook for my family of 3 small children. I've never been someone who feels at home in the kitchen and I almost always need a recipe to follow. This book has made it easier for me to decide what to have for dinner every night. My children love to look at the pictures in the book and my 4 year old will help me with preparing the food. I love that the author uses healthy ingredients in this cookbook but I'm not one to always buy organic. It doesn't matter, the recipes have always turned out yummy and the kids love them!

Title: Good book for child food health!
Review: This book has a lot of great information about healthy eating for kids. This book is geared for kids. I wish it had more dinner entree ideas. It seems to rely heavily on snacks and desserts. I helped my kids actually want to eat beats! The book came slightly damaged in shipping on the top right corner as if it fell on the floor at some point. Overall I would highly recommend this book to moms who want to get their kids to eat certain health packed foods.
