Title: Essential Emergency Tool - Reliable and Versatile!
Review: I recently purchased the FosPower Emergency Weather Radio (Model A1) and am extremely impressed with its performance and features. This device is truly a must-have for both indoor and outdoor emergencies.First and foremost, the 7400mWh power bank is incredibly handy. It keeps my devices charged when Iâm on the go or during power outages. The multiple charging options (USB, solar, and hand crank) give me peace of mind knowing Iâll always have access to power no matter the situation. The radio itself works flawlessly, picking up NOAA weather alerts and AM/FM signals with excellent clarity. The built-in flashlight is bright and has already come in handy during a recent camping trip. I also appreciate the SOS alarm feature, which adds an extra layer of safety. The FosPower Emergency Radio is compact, sturdy, and easy to use. Itâs now an essential part of my emergency preparedness kit. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile emergency radio. Itâs worth every penny!

Title: Amazing small emergency radio
Review: This little radio arrived promptly, rechargeable battery charged, and everything was working "right out of the box"! The manual is a little skimpy, and I'm continuing to find surprise functions not documented well in the manual. The emergency siren and flashing red light will make it easy to find us if we ever need help. Because of small speakers and antenna the radio reception is a bit weak, but it tuned into our local NOAA weather station loud and clear, as well as stronger FM stations. Not many AM stations left to test . There are two small LED lights adequate for night walking or reading. I'm sure impressed that so many functions could be installed in a small radio at such a reasonable price!

Title: Good for backup in an emergency
Review: First impressions. Everything works. It is solid and heavier than I would expect for a small, inexpensive radio. There is no play in the tuning knob, and it has the right amount of resistance, not too tight nor too loose. The sound from the speaker is what you would expect with a small, inexpensive radio, but the weather band is loud and clear. The FM reception seems ok. From experience having traveled with many small, inexpensive radios as well as small fairly expensive radios over the years, I expect this one to be durable. The one negative, perhaps, is AM reception doesn't seem that good. It is there, just doesn't compare favorably to other little radios that I have. Of course, this may or may not be a relevant issue for most people nowadays, and observations will probably vary. But as I say, the weather band is strong, and the FM is acceptable, in my opinion, for a backup emergency radio.

Title: Very Nice!
Review: Great addition for my emergency supply "GO bag". It's small, lightweight, and works well. I love that it can be charged with a USB and run on a rechargable battery AND you can put AAA batteries in it as well as a back up. Had good reception for radio. LIke the flashlight feature. Great product for the price! Highly recommend. It even has an SOS button that makes a alert sound that you can switch on manually.(We did not test that out...as my daughter is not a fan of loud alarm sounds. I will trust that is works!)

Title: Works 4 years later
Review: I bought this in 2020 and havenât used it until recently. Surprisingly it works. I love that it has multiple uses and means of charging. Solar, crank and outlet charging are all options. If all else fails you can throw batteries in it. Special shoutout for the solar panel actually working. I have a separate device for my car that is âsolar poweredâ and it doesnât work. This radio is the real deal. 10/10 recommend you add this to your emergency/camping gear.

Title: Convenient
Review: I ordered this a while back after I had a black out in my area. Everything works and has a lot of good features in case of an emergency. Having this gives me peace of mind and itâs very light and compact so itâs easy to grab if needed on my way out. I am thinking of ordering another one just so I have one inside my house and one for my car or for travel.

Title: Broken battery cover
Review: I bought this radio about three years ago, mostly to use for camping and hiking. Recently the power bank started to hold less and less power and the radio wasn't lasting as long on internal power; no complaints about that, three years of regular use and being stored in the trunk of my car when not in use will run down even the best batteries. So I decided to swap out the battery with a fresh one since the radio still works fine otherwise. The whole time I have had this radio there has been a Fospower sticker over the cover for the 3.7v internal rechargeable battery which I didn't think anything about since manufacturers often put "Do Not Tamper" stickers over things like that, I peeled off the sticker and the cover came off with it. At some point, before it was sold to me, someone broke the cover and just slapped a company sticker over it to hold it in place and shipped it off. This isn't a huge deal, I'm sure that some electrical tape will hold it in place (being that a simple sticker has held it in place for the past three years) but I am disappointed that someone at the factory thought that putting a sticker over the broken cover, rather than replace it, was a good decision from a customer service point of view. That said, once the replacement 3.7v battery arrives, I plan to continue to use this radio.

Review: It was charged when I received it. You know how when people get their digital products and toss the manual and just start pressing buttons? Well, you really need to read the manual. It's just a couple of pages. For instance, when charging you need to set the button at the bottom in the right position. The radio plays fine even without the antenna. I found my favorite radio station. Everything works. I tested charging my phone and that worked. I charged it. I notice it can charge my fire tablet. So yay.I bought it mainly for the radio and phone charging during outages. I have other flashlights, but it's good to have an extra one now. I like that it has 4 charging capabilities, solar, hand crank, AAA batteries, and USB charging. It's small and compact. Nice. I took the carabiner off. I don't need that. I'm not going out in the wild. Lol. Oddly enough I found the battery compartment a little difficult to get open for the AAA batteries. I did get it, and now that I have, it's fine.I didn't know if I need to recharge it since it was already charged, and to what amount I don't know. So I charged it through my pc. It says the red light comes on when charging, which it did, and that it turns off when fully charged. It says it takes 4.5 hours to be fully recharged. I had it there for about 6 and it never turned off. So I don't know what that means. I stopped it at 6 hours because I don't want anything to go wrong with it.Anyway, so far so good. The real test is when there will be a huge power outage again. Just made it through Fiona. The power was out for 40 hours where I was. This thing could have come in handy for charging my phone. Instead, I had to tightly limit the use of my cell phone in order to to make it last. And the only usable radio was on my phone which was definitely counter-productive.The SOS is really loud. But I think that is a good feature if you live in an area prone to tornados, earthquakes, and other extreme events. If you're trapped under rubble you can use it to alert search and rescue workers.

Review: This wind up radio is a back-up in the event of loss of electricity for any length of time. It provides sufficient light to read by and a handy built in torch with adjustsble beam. I like the fact that it has a chrging system so that mobile phones can be charged. The radio sound quality depends in your location and band chosen but then I was looking for something, portable, small and functional. It has a sevear weather channel which in the uk is not as far as I am aware is broadcast on.
