Title: Just the right size for one
Review: Normally I don't show unfinished items, but you need to see this fantastic product.Having always been a baker and chef and operating my own restaurant until pancreatic cancer ( 7 yrs clear now), my wife in Heaven and 3 grown-up boys, I've always make too much, but thankfully I have a sealer.It's difficult to cook for just one and these perfect little gems are amazing.The picture is of an old-fashioned desert, Pineapple upside down cake baked for individual servings which I'll freeze for later.These silicone squares were a great find at a great price and thankfully Amazon does send promos according to some of my past purchases.They are great for a good solid even bake, easy release, non-stick and an easy clean up.Definitely a great buy if you're single or taking food to a party because the set came with three 4 compartment silicone pans.Again, amazing, affordable, practical for a single person, family, party treats or baking gifts for the holidays. Title: Great For Steaming but Caution When Using in an Oven
Review: I bought these to make egg bites at home with unadulterated ingredients. These work nicely for induction stove top steaming using an enameled steel pan and lid. These would also be good for Chinese steams bread/filled buns. Respect their limitations and they will work for most of your food projects. I would purchase them again.
