Title: Allow 4+ HOURS to do 30' of work
Review: Worst computer experience ever. It's taken me 4 hours to do a 45min task...& I'm still not done. If you want to miss deadlines and spend HOURS doing things that should take minutes, I recommend this laptop. Had no idea a Chromebook was so cumbersome to navigate. definitely can't SAVE any documents into word. More than 5 hours on this thing it's midnight & I'm exhausted& tearing my hair out. .Definitely returning it.
