Title: Nice reference
Review: I have a bundt pan but do not know how to use it properly. Currently I put in bread dough 🙂 This book has good recipes that are easy to follow and have a nice additional reference. The ingredients are easy to find and nicely organized. However, I have a problem with the "Moscow Mule" recipe because the ingredients are not listed well. There is reference to ginger beer in two different weights, there is reference to syrup, but not ingredients associated with it, and there is reference to putting ginger beer in the syrup and the batter. Very confusing, and I need to go to another source to figure out what quantity of ginger beer goes where. This recipe is different from all of the others because once baked, there is reference that the cake is moistened. I appreciate it if the author would reply back and update the Kindle version.
