Review: Amazing product from Overmont! If you think it’s sticky , that’s because it’s a cast iron grill/griddle. These are not a non stick item but with the right oil or butter, it’s perfect! You can cook anything on it, and keeping it seasoned is the secret! This is what give you amazing flavor!

Review: Simple and easy to use. I find I am using this more than I ever thought I would. It simply sits on top of my existing "center burner", preheat a while and cook. Great for all kinds of cooking once you get use to the temperature control (which will probably vary based on your own center burner's size, BTU output, etc.). Like any cast iron it requires some care - but really no more or any different from any other cast iron. I did lightly season it before first use and clean it up if I do some messy cooking. It is not light but I don't find it that hard to clean, dry and then lightly heat and season with vegetable oil.

Review: Die Platte mag ja auf einem Grill (wozu da die Platte?) oder auf einem Gasherd funktionieren, aber nicht auf einem Induktionsherd.Die Hitze entsteht zunächst nur am Rand, danach wird sehr langsam die Fläche rechts und links warm. In der Mitte kommt gar nichts mehr an. Ich habe Wassertropfen auf der Platte verteilt, die in der Mitte sind dort geblieben.
