Title: Great Product for Seniors and Kids!
Review: This phone is perfect for a parent with dementia who has been taken advantage of  by scammers pretending to be someone else and anyone who might be  vulnerable.  Mike is the owner and he answers the phone and helps you personally with any issues. It is a very simple startup and very reasonable monthly charge for unlimited. You can call and order directly or through Amazon, I can program only the numbers of family members or friends to only call out or call in  and no one else can communicate on the phone but those chosen contacts.  I feel so much better knowing my mom can contact us even if she is just on the other side of a house or close by and no more scams. I highly recommend this phone for an elderly person or a child who can call and text but be safe with limited people to contact. I have been searching for something just like this and it was recommended by a senior facility where several people have been thrilled to find this product just like me!!!! It also has a lanyard to put around their neck in case they would fall- I love it!!!!

Title: Great simple phone
Review: My mother-in-law is in an assisted living facility, and has limited ability to deal with complex cellphones. And the ability on most cell phones to call ANY number has in the past been a QVC shopping nightmare for us. This phone answered our problem. It's super simple and allows us to program specific numbers that she can call by simply pressing one of the 3 numbers. There is room for up to 15 numbers that can dial it....or her dial them. That's it!The speaker is good. Not the loudest ever, but will work for her perfectly. The controls on it are lockable by one of the 3 primary numbers so that all the user (mom) can do is contact the preset 3 numbers. It has the ability to text and do simple functions, but locking it makes it very simple and safe for those just needing a devise for talking.The app that is needed to operate the functions has a location app in it which pinpoints the phones location very easily and precise. And there is a function available where one of the primary numbers can activate the phone and listen to what is going on without the person with the phone knowing. Yes, that could be a scary feature, but it is also a safety net should something not seem right.A little difficult to initially set up, but I called the help number and like the other reviews say....Mike the owner answers. And he is patient, helpful, and wants you to be happy with his product. Thank you!!!If you have a small child or an elderly adult who needs simple communication or a safety net....this is your phone. It's set up like a Go-phone and has very affordable and manageable plans. So you do have to go thru the company for service. But this is actually cheaper for us, then the Verizon plan we had her on before.

Title: Not as easy as it seems
Review: While the concept is good, tech support is excellent, the phone was too complex for my elderly relative to use. This would be great for a kid or someone without cognitive deficiencies. The buttons are also difficult to push for an elderly person, especially with arthritis. Disappointed is spending $199 and now having to purchase a different phone that is easier to use. Very impressed with the customer support from the owner!

Title: Perfect phone for elderly with Dementia.
Review: This is everything I needed. My mom has Dementia and tries to call 911 a lot. This phone only allows her to call certain numbers that we program. Super easy to set up and customer service is great! She can call us and we call her anytime. This phone will also track her AND we can call this phone and the phone turns on so we can hear what's going on in the room. If she's watching tv or calling out for help. This phone has an around the neck carry type necklace and all she has to do is push a number to call a person of our choice. Great phone. Great idea! And priced less than a cell phone but works just like a cell phone.

Title: Support and features are awful
Review: We bought this phone for our daughter. The support is terrible. The product website is purely for sales, not product support. The camera feature doesn’t work (it calls our son - a contact - instead of enabling the camera). We cannot determine if it can send or receive photos. We need to update a contact and it’s not intuitive in terms of getting into the secure center to update a contact. There must be better phones of this type on the market. This phone has been a big disappointment.
