Review: Very nice, easy-to-follow book. Nice range of breads from every-day to holidays with a nice easy flow. Regular to gluten-free. While it is a simple paperback with no bells-and-whistle graphics/photos, it is recipe-after-recipe good. No details on how to cook as it leaves the reader to their own machine settings, it at least gives some direction and ingredient amounts for 1.5 - 2 lb. loaves.

Title: Use of different types of yeast
Review: The book is for bread machine bread recipes but the actual recipe calls for different types of yeast. If you have only bread machine yeast you have to convert the yeast called for in the recipe to bread machine yeast. Also, some recipes call for active dry yeast which needs to be activated in warm water and sugar. There is no mention if you need alter the amount of liquid in the recipe. Very frustrating to a new baker.
