Title: Incredible Customer Service
Review: First, I will say that these are an absolute blast to play with. Our boys go nuts for these. They work so much better than a traditional water gun. With that said, I did have a failure with this as it would no longer fire after sitting out the winter. I contacted SPYRA directly, and within 24 hours, and without any probing questions they offered to immediately ship out a replacement. This is exactly how customer service SHOULD work, especially for a premium priced toy. Very pleased with the purchase and now considering adding a couple more!

Title: Best Water Gun EVER!!!
Review: We love everything about the gun. We use it to chase off the nasty Mocking Birds in our yard and the ducks that poop everywhere. Only downfall is it leaks a little. But everything else about it, spray distance, force, amount of water, easy to use, all overrides the small drips. Excellent product!!!

Title: Overpriced & Stops Working after a few weeks.
Review: This was more of an impulse buy for me. I should have done more research prior to purchasing. DO NOT rely on positive Amazon reviews alone. Do some outside research.Pros:1-Brand new, while it works, it’s pretty awesome.2-Built in battery holds charge for a long time.3-Uses a USB-C cable to charge.4-Shooting modes: single shot or long stream (For long stream, press trigger for single shot and continue to hold trigger down. You will hear the built in air compressor charge. Once you let go of the trigger, the water stream will shoot out.) Shoots about 20ft.Cons:1-Does not last. Lasted about 3 weeks of use. First, the water level sensor would stay stuck at about 44%. Would not go to 100%. Shortly after, it just stopped shooting water. Did some research and found others having similar issues even after manufacturer troubleshooting steps.2-Grossly overpriced for an electronic water gun (Even if it continued to work for more than a few weeks.) In my opinion, this should be priced at around $50, and last longer than a few weeks.3-Spyra water bucket is not included. For the hefty price you would think they’d throw that in as advertised. At the end it wouldn’t matter anyway, you’d just have a $150+ bucket.Overall: I do not recommend this electronic water gun. Grossly overpriced and does not last. If you purchased it on Amazon, return it while you are within the return window. I was lucky that it stopped working right before the return window ended. Getting a replacement as offered is not worth the risk for me. I hope this helps someone.

Title: Awesome gun! Very hefty, durable, and well-built.
Review: The Spyra 2 water gun is everything we wanted and more-- the shots are powerful and precise, the digital display is super cool and handy, and the auto-reload is so cool. The gun is pretty heavy, and each tank gives around 18 shots before needing a reload. The amount of water shot in each "bullet" can get you mostly soaked, and is a blast for pool parties! The charging says it'll take 6 HOURS, but mine was done in around 2 hours, and the battery life lasts a long time. The whole thing is well designed and it's totally worth it to get two, or at least one Spyra 2 and one Spyra LX (the LX has higher tank capacity with 23-ish shots, and you can fire as many as you can with no auto-reload delay; however, you have to manually pump the water in for maybe 30 secs).

Title: Non functional unit…GREAT customer service!
Review: My spouse ordered the Spyra 2 for me for Father’s Day. Unfortunately the unit I received was non functional upon opening. Please read to the end because it has a happy ending!I read the manual and watched the quick start guide, tried the reset procedure and tried charging sessions with a couple of different chargers and cords before contacting the company for service. My unit was displaying an E2 error code which is not described in the manual or anywhere online. I went to the Spyra website late Monday evening and found the customer service link to send an email ([email protected]) and sent an email with the requested info (name, email, order number and a short video displaying the error code.) I received an email approximately 24 hours later from Florian with the customer service team, thanking me for helping to trouble shoot the issue and notifying me that a replacement unit was being sent. The replacement unit arrived 36 hours later and works great! That is what I call excellent customer service! As for the unit performance… it’s fun, lots of fun. The effective range is about 40 feet for the base shot, about 5 feet farther for the power shot. The base shot soaks your target with full saturation of about a square foot of surface area. The base shot has enough power to knock a full unopened 12oz soda can off a stable surface from 20 feet. The power shot will absolutely launch the soda can from the same distance and will leave a target hit in the chest with wet socks. Think of the water released as not so much a water “bullet” but as a very tight shot grouping, absolutely flooding a fairly tight target. This also works fantastically to get extra range in a grenade launcher usage. The auto fill function is awesome and surprisingly fast, in a water battle you will definitely want to have a full bucket at your defensible position or at home base. This is definitely a product designed for adults as the filled unit weighs about 6 pounds and actually has a small amount of recoil. Fun Fun Fun product!

Title: Great idea, durability is lacking
Review: I’ve had a couple of these now and both of them have had issues after just a few uses. The bladder inside is not very durable and breaks making the gun useless and will leak. Now my second one (replaced by Spyra) only fills to 80% and is starting to leak. Fun fun when it works.

Title: A bit pricey but worth it
Review: Our Grandson researched it and this is THE ONE he wanted. It was a bit pricey $ 20 more than a Hover Board but it's what he really wanted. It performs to his high expectations. Gleefully
