Title: Brisket Book a love story....the author is so right!
Review: Historical and hysterically funny book about brisket! We are having a "brisketfest" next week to select the best recipe amongst family members. We have have been working our way through the recipes. They have been very very good! Purchased 7 for family members and friends. It's a winner. And everything in the book is spot-on! Funny and humorous as well! Makes for great reading even if you don't cook! We cook all the time and enjoy this cookbook. Don't miss it.

Title: Great Holiday Gift!
Review: I have been cooking brisket for years. I grew up in a brisket famiy and we have a cherished family recipe. But now I feel like I have 30 more great recipes thanks to The Brisket Book. There are so many delicious sounding dishes - from French citrus brisket to Joan Nathan's to a brisket coup from Chef Anita Lo to a sweet cranberry glazed brisket. I don't think there are enough holidays in the year to make them all! Besides being full of delicious recipes there is a history and interviews and cooking tips and butcher wisdom. And there is humor in it too! It's a terrific gift!

Review: Just like briskets themselves, this book is full of history and humor, recipes and helpful hints. I bought several for holiday gifts for veteran cooks already known for their briskets and for newbies who ask me for my favorite recipe -- now they can pick their own!

Title: A Must Have if You Love Brisket
Review: This is a great cookbook for brisket and an absolutely entertaining read as well. I have tried four of the recipes and they all were fantastic. They were all very easy to follow.In this age of unlimited recipes on the internet this is just the type of book that will keep people buying cookbooks.Love this book.
