Title: A great 5-star read!!
Review: What a wonderful gem - full of heartwarming stories from some very talented authors! These characters and stories make you smile and keep you entertained until the last page. I really enjoyed Denise Anquenette's story, 'Your Village Ain't Like Mine'. Talk about the things mothers have to do to balance kids and their jobs while trying to have a love life too. You will definitely enjoy this book!

Title: So much Drama for your Mama!
Review: Just finished reading this anthology. 'My Twisted Reality' by Cherritta L. Smith kept me in constant suspense until the very end where I was left with my mouth wide open and then I had a love/hate situation with Bailey until she made me proud in 'Scattered Seeds' by Michelle Mitchell. And I can't forget how I was shaking the book and screaming for Leela to tell the truth before it was too late in 'Deception at Its Finest' by Tomeka Farley Daugherty. Lol! If you're seeking to be taken on an emotional journey where each story brings about a different type of drama then read this book collection of short stories. Congrats to all the ladies that gave me such an interesting read!

Title: I love this book
Review: I love this book! It's the kind of book that you read with your girlfriends (or friends) or simply treat yourself to a spectacular read. Each of the contributing authors have different writing and story telling styles...but, they are all on point when it comes to capturing the audience into the story line and characters. I'm reading this book with co-workers, my daughter-in-laws and a few good guy friends. We love to chat over the characters and laugh as the situations. This book is easy to read, full of laughs, love and fun. With my busy life style I appreciate the stories are short and takes the reader on a full ride. A must read!

Review: This book was a great read! I loved the variety of the short stories, just when I thought I knew what direction a story was headed in, they'd change it on me. I strongly recommend this for all women, not just single moms!

Title: your village ain't like mine
Review: this collection of stories is very concise yet addresses each theme in a well written style. denise anquenette's story is sweet in highlighting that unselfish kids want their single moms (or dads) to be happy too and that it's okay for single parents to have a life for themselves apart from their kids without guilt.

Review: I thoroughly enjoyed reading SMDD! It was so refreshing to see so much talent rolled up into one piece of work. Each writer brought a different flavor/style that kept me engaged.Special love for Hundred Dollar Money that captured the essence of balancing parenting and a love life in such a classic romantic comedy way.I'm very pleased and looking forward to more works!
