Title: Works amazing!
Review: Now I will admit I was skeptical when I first seen this device on tik tok but after receiving...omg total game changer. The vibration is so intense, that u actually feel the workout after! I can't believe I got the deal I did on it. Its really powerful and works, I've had it for five days and I've already lost two pounds from it and it's noticable. Which is great, cuz I do go to the gym and have been having a hard time losing weight. So now I know what Im missing from my workout, the actual toning part of it. The vibration plates are sturdy, perfect balance. Despite it being a workout tool, the vibration is like a massage and it feels very therapeutic using it. I would highly recommend. Definitely got the value of the a lifetime, being able to have this tool on hand whenever. I will be using it everyday for as long as I can and it lasts! Satisfied customer.

Review: TikTok sent me straight here to buy one of these. Why? Because it said it would help with my stress levels by lowering cortisol with the vibrations, along with better circulation. Walking does the same thing, as well as just going to a gym-but who has time for the gym these days when you have a husband who is high-maintenance, right?So, I've had this for about a month now and can say with certainty that it might probably work if I was consistent. The few times I was able to make time to use this, I vibrated for about 20 minutes at varying speeds and levels and did not break a sweat. I didn't experience tingling or itching like the influencers said they did. Then again, I didn't rub the ginger oil over myself after or before, so that may have something to do with it.This vibration plate is solid, though. It works exactly as advertised. I'm happy with it and one day, I may be able to use it consistently. If you're looking for one, I would recommend this one. The price is reasonable.

Title: Issue with plate, zero customer service
Review: If you're on the fence about getting a vibration plate, it's worth it! however, this particular brand/company is probably not your best option. when the plate first arrived it seemed fine. however, very quickly (within a week or so) it started making an awful squeaking noise. the best way to describe the sound is sneakers squeaking on a basketball court. I did some research online to see if I could troubleshoot the issue. one person said this particular noise warrants a call to the manufacturer. I found the AXV website and went straight to their contact page. I clicked the link to email them and it redirected me to a completely different website that sells pool cleaning supplies, which seemingly has nothing to do with this company. There was also a phone number listed but said their office hours were Monday - Friday. It was a weekend so I waited until the following Monday morning to give them a call during their listed hours. Unfortunately, the call wouldn't connect. It didn't even ring, just said I call would not go through. I double checked the number, same thing. I was hoping for a quick resolution but since customer service for this company doesn't exist, I have no options other than to return the machine. it doesn't sound safe to use with that awful noise. Thankfully it's still with in the return window. I loved having the vibration plate while it lasted so I'll definitely be reordering one through another company.
