Title: Follow instructions
Review: As long as you follow the instructions, the whole instructions it works! Don't worry about it getting to hot in your mouth. Heres my step.Before I put them in my mouth I washed them, then made it a spot comfortable where it will sit and practice like it said in step 1I boiled water in a tea kettle, poured in a small cooking pan - no boilDipped one tray in, counted to 5,pulled straight out to hang "dry" for 2 seconds - inserted on the top and sucked to seal it and used my fingers to get a good grip and held it that way until I felt it start to "harden" or get stiff, you'll feel the difference. The bottom I did kind of mess up cuz I forgot to press my fingers against it, so I redipped it for 3 seconds pulled straight out and dipped back for another 3 seconds but had to make sure the back part didn't fold cuz it will quick. But it worked the 2nd time too.Hope this helps and works for yall too.I would definitely purchase again as it was simple, easy, didn't have any taste or smell like others I've experienced, and loved the redip to save the tray. It helped a lot.

Review: Okay so I was a bit skeptical about these but I still ordered them. I got two pairs and they work just fine. What I like about these that I havenât seen anyone in the reviews mentioned this far is that after hearing and molding them to your teeth, you can reheat them and mold them again. I recently got aligners (I got these before the aligners so I can whiten my teeth) and because my teeth are constantly moving now due to the aligners, itâs create that I can always reheat these and mold them to my teeth every time they shift.

Title: Couldnât get it to mold
Review: I work in the dental field and have training in the dental lab making bleaching trays, retainers, etc. I tried molding these to my teeth twice, following the instructions. I could not get these to mold to my teeth enough to hold the bleach and theoretically keep the bleach off my gums and etc. Bleach can cause a burn to your tissue or youâll waste it by swallowing it and etc if it wonât stay in place. I would not recommend these.

Title: Just not good
Review: They donât get soft enough to make deep imprint for your gums, which is the whole point. Even if you put them in boiling water, they just warp and still donât make a good imprint. The trays are meant to protect your gums and keep the whitening gel on your teeth. The imprint isnât good and the gel leaks out and burns your gums. Donât waste your time. I wish I could return the second unused pair but I feel bad returning a half used product
