Title: Not wide enough for ribs
Review: The five slots are not wide enough for baby back ribs. I decided to bend the slots to be wider, and have three usable slots.The size of this is much too small for a full rack, but it works well for a half-rack. Cut your ribs in half before putting them into the rack.That said, I used two of these to smoke 3 racks of baby-back ribs (3 racks = 6 half racks, three per metal tray after bending the slots to be wider), and it worked well. The ribs staid vertical during smoking, picked up good flavor, and turned out great.It'd be better if they just designed it correctly from the start without the consumer needing to bend the wire frame, but, oh well.
