Title: Fun And Informative
Review: Iâve purchased six titles from the Our World In Pictures series. Theyâre all excellent: Rock and Gem; Elements; Animal; Trees/Flowers; Countries and Transportation. As a set they make a great start for Home Schooling material too.This title is an excellent way to teach children the vast variety of transportation modes. When looking at the photos youâll realize that we have taken the necessity of getting from point A to point B to an obsessive passion. I find the imagination and effort that went into all of this amazing. Anyway you slice it, reading these books with children is a great way to spend time.

Title: Lots of pictures of vehicles
Review: This is a decent book. I got this for my son, who loves ships (we like the Encyclopedia of Ships and Boats better). There are many, many pictures of different vehicles. I almost felt like there were too many - I didn't really care that much about different types of bikes, but maybe you do! Disclaimer: I really haven't read it, just looked through it and read the names of some of the vehicles. My sons enjoy looking through it.

Title: Beautiful book
Review: Bought this to be read in the future by my toddler who loves cars. Now he is mostly just looking at pictures but this book is really beautiful and has a good scope on all sorts of vehicles made by man, from wagons and bicycles to cars and planes and ships! Great organization and easy to follow, beautiful print on sleek glossy paper. Excellent book.

Review: This book can entertain my son for hours. He is 2.5, and the print is small so we donât read many of the words yet. But we look at the pictures and describe the vehicles etc. We are on our second copy because the first one took so much abuse.

Review: This is my 3 year olds favorite book. We look at this book pretty much every day, and have for months.It's a big heavy book with a lot of pages. The pictures are nice and clear, with labels.It's *not* a story book or super informative with a lot of text, it's mostly pictures with a little fact here and there. It's great for looking at and discussing!

Review: DK Cars, trains, ships and planes (hardcover)As usual from "Our world in pictures" series, this book offers lovely illustrations and hundreds of interesting facts (256 pages).I bought it mainly for my 5 year old son who is absolutely into all sorts of vehicles, beginning from bikes, usual cars, supercars, lorries, trains, tall ships, modern ships, planes, jet fighters and space vehicles.This book is all about it. It does not go into depths in regards to all above, but has hundreds of pictures and as we all know, the pictures are the things which will easier catch kids attention rather than dozens of text lines.It's a perfect book for a young child or rather young child and a parent. In my opinion teenagers and adults will definitely have a look at it and enjoy it too, no doubt, but will not find it so engaging in the longer run.Please have a look at the real photos attached.I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in vehicles, regardless of age, although especially children will be enjoying it the most and for the longest time.
