Title: I Like It
Review: Well it takes s little time to get used to the mouthpiece but it really helps reduce snoring. I say âreduceâ only because i havent kept it in my mouth all night. I sometimes wale up and take it out for a little while and if i start snoring again, my wife will let me know and i put it back in my mouth and we both continue to sleep without snoring. So i would say it works great while in your mouth and can help you and your spouse sleep much better. Iâve been using it for around 2 weeks and happy with it. I plan on buying two more to have on reserve.

Title: Product unusable, pinch points and sharpe edges
Review: Used this for two nights. First night I noticed the sharp edges back by my tongue and the clip up front for top mouthpiece rubbed my lip. Second night the clip literally pinched my upper front lip the ripped a chunk of it out in middle of the night. Cannot recommend and will not be using again. The first night it did help my snoring and I felt rested the next morning but needs to be modified to not hurt me in my sleep!

Title: Reverse application
Review: I think the product is excellent. As a board-certified anesthesiologist, I believe that directions are reversed. I molded my mouthpiece in reverse so the bottom could slide forward what you were essentially doing with this mouthpiece now is aâjaw thrustâ. In the airway world, it is a jaw thrust because we are pulling the bottom of the moth forward. The way the instruction show top and bottom is you are causing an overbite when you need to be causing an under bite, like a bull dog. I love the product. Just wanted everyone to know I followed the instruction in reverse and pulled my bottom teeth forward and worked exactly how we do a jaw thrust to open airways in the operating and recovery room.

Title: Not a fan
Review: I got this device really hoping it would be a cure to sleep issues. Maybe these mouth guards work but this one I did not do the trick. The instructions were confusing at best but after re-reading several times I got through them. When I attempted to use it I found myself salivating uncontrollably. Somewhere in the instructions it said this reaction might happen and would eventually stop but it was noticeable. Thereâs also a little square clip on the front of the upper guard that has a sharp edge that irritated by lip. I didnât know if my lip was supposed to go over it or rest on it. And when I moved my jaw side to side, my upper lip got pinched in that clip. Ouch! Add to that itâs next to impossible to wet your lips while wearing this. Chalk it up to not the right product for me. Maybe it will fit others better and they wonât have these issues.

Title: Actually really works
Review: Just had it 3 days so far , but worked from day one! I have snored for years , loud snoring , whenever traveling with friends would have to book separate room ! My wife loves it , first time in years she has been able to sleep next to me! Feel like Iâm getting better quality sleep! Jaw is just a little sore in morning but not big deal ! Be interesting to see how it goes next few months! Quality seems excellent so far!

Title: a work in progress, but good so far
Review: I've been using this for two weeks now with mixed results. I've managed to find a notch setting where my snore score is an all time low (around 13-30) from the usual 50 and up score. So there's definitely a noticeable difference! But some nights it's high, and I'm not sure why. So I guess I'll keep going and see what happens over time.The up side is that it's easy to set up. I'm 5 foot 4 inches tall and this fits in my mouth just fine. Others have said it's really big, which is true, but it's not so big that it's super hard for me to get used to. I got used to it after 2 nights of use.The down side is that the notches to change the settings on the device are not accurate whatsoever. It's really hard to tell if the arrow is pointing at 0, 1,2, 3, or 4. I just have to hope for the best since I'm totally unsure which it's on for the night. I assume this is what's leading to mixed results since I think I'm on setting 1 but might actually be on setting 2 or something. Who knows. I would like more consistent results so I've ordered a ZQuiet and will compare them.

Title: I think this works or at least helps
Review: If my nose is not congested, this eliminates snoring. If my nose or sinuses are stuffed up it helps reduce snoring but doesn't stop it completely.It is a bit uncomfortable with the hard plastic parts, and it is difficult to swallow with it in my mouth. Sometimes my jaw hurts when I wake up in the morning. However it doesn't seem to wake me up at night, once I fall asleep.So far this has been the most affective snoring remedy I have tried. I record my breathing at night and listen to it in the morning with an app.
